The staff here is very friendly and welcoming, which I truly appreciate. However, I have experienced significant scheduling and wait-time issues during every appointment over the past eight months. ​Most recently, my 3:45 PM appointment was delayed by 40 minutes, and I noticed other patients who arrived after me being called in first. Because of these delays, I unfortunately lost an hour of work. I highly recommend that management reviews their scheduling system or considers expanding their capacity to better handle the patient volume and respect everyone's time.

Ortho staff was wonderful. Dental staff was great with the exception of the front desk receptionist who had schedule my dental clean became rude with me when I wanted to schedule it at a later date. I was not explained that the wires needed to removed. Which was why they wanted to clean my teeth that day.

Roxana was great. Everytime I come back, the staff is super nice and accommodating. So far my orthodontic experience with western dental anaheim has been nothing but positive.

I had a great experience and my teeth are beautiful it was a long two and a half year process with braces but my orthodontist was caring and amazing I was sad when he left but the women who removed my braces did a great job I felt safe and I trusted the staff and I couldn’t be more satisfied

The staff were very nice and welcoming especially Yasameen Nawaf she was great with me and her other patients she takes pressure and other things really well definitely deserves a visit for this worker and this location❤️
