I didn't have any wait issues that others mentioned in the past. My visit was pretty straightforward and to the point. Personally, I have not been to the dentist in a few years and have had semi deep cleaning to remove my plaque and cavity treatment. Everything was explained clearly and procedures were straightforward. Did not have any appointment issues.

SCANDALOUS THIS WESTERN DENTAL LET ME MAKE AN APPOINTMENT ONLINE FOR 345 PM TODAY BUT I HAVE BEEN BANGING ON THE LOCKED DOOR SINCE345 THOUGH I PHONED 30 MINUTES IN ADVANCE TO CONFIRM AND TO REQUEST THE CALL CENTRE TO ARRANGE THAT BUT THEY SAID SORRY THE LOCATION IS NOT ANSWERED BUT JUST GO THERE AND THEY WILL HELP YOU WHEN YOU ARRIVE. I HAD TO GET MY WHEELCHAIR OUT OF THE CAR NOW I-MUST RESCHEDULE FOR AN EARLIER APPOINTMENT ON THE HOLIDAY WHEN I RATHER SLEEP IN

It was my first time here, and the staff really did make sure that I was comfortable under their care, which is something I value a lot as a patient. They also provided me more insights and even confirmed something that has been on my mind, so for that I am in love and looking forward to continue my service with you all!!!

The worst dental office staff, ever. They would schedule appointments to have me come there to talk to me They lost my dental work and told me, well we are busy. Would call me stating authorizations were approved and my insurance co said, no. They are not. They are waiting for the office to send X-rays that they never took. It's always been a bit off but this was as incompetent as it gets. A total waste of time. The dentists, awesome. Staff is ridiculous and incompetent.

Amazing people Dr. OLETY very nice and explained treatment good. The manager Beatriz very sweet and explains everything good and has a lot of patience. Really really recomened this dental office.
