I waited for nearly an hour and a half in the waiting room, only for the receptionist to tell me they didn’t take my insurgence. I haven and they still wouldn’t let me see a dentist. They just wasted my time.

I had an amazing experience at Western Dental! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional. Everyone made me feel comfortable and genuinely cared about my experience. The whole visit was smooth, easy, and much better than I expected. I’m so glad I chose Western Dental for my dental care. Definitely a 10/10 experience, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great dentist!

The woman checked me in as well as the one who did my consultation were AMAZING! They were so kind and patient! The consultation went well, she asked so many questions to get a full picture of exactly what I needed and we ended up having a great conversation. The ortho was good as well, he did exactly what I needed by assessing my complex situation and offering a path forward. Thank you to all the WD&O staff ❤️

I will not be returning. My experience with this office was unsatisfactory, characterized by extended wait times and unprofessional staff. On one occasion, my scheduled treatment was unexpectedly canceled and rescheduled upon arrival . The subsequent available appointment was scheduled for five days later. Upon arrival and check-in around 12:45 PM for a 1:00 PM appointment, I experienced a three-hour wait in the lobby, only to be informed that the complete treatment could not be administered on that day. This location is recommended for individuals with free time.
