My rating is solely for my dental assistant Tiara. She was great explaining to me the process and procedures I am needing to have done. She didn't rush me into doing anything unless I was absolutely ready. Western Dental #185 West Lane/Hammer Lane Stockton

Tiara, was very professional, knowledgeable, and funny. Tiara did the best job on my teeth and self-esteem, I cannot wait to get the finished set. She did the right size, the right color, just the right fit all the way around. I love them I wouldn't change anything she is the best at what she do if you ask me.

Avoid this place! My son when I'm to get a cavity filled and they worked on a tooth that wasn't even bothering him. Communication a 0. He couldn't understood then because of the language barrier. Funny thing is we are in America. In California and no priority on speaking our national language. The lady was very rude to my son. We are not going back. My advice find a different dentist.

I regret choosing this location for my orthodontic treatment. My experience with the front desk staff and management has been consistently unprofessional and dismissive. Communication throughout my treatment has been extremely poor. Procedures such as spacers were placed without proper explanation beforehand. I often felt like things were being done without clearly informing me of what to expect. As a patient undergoing orthodontic treatment, especially something as significant as braces and expanders, communication and transparency are essential. Unfortunately, I did not feel respected or adequately informed during my visits. I would recommend that others carefully consider their options, as there are other dental offices in Stockton that prioritize patient communication and professionalism.
