My rating is solely for my dental assistant Tiara. She was great explaining to me the process and procedures I am needing to have done. She didn't rush me into doing anything unless I was absolutely ready. Western Dental #185 West Lane/Hammer Lane Stockton

I called the 800 number and told them what I needed and they connected me to this office. I called the office and explained what I needed, I had two implants and I need my dentures relined they said yes we do that work. I made an appointment and went to that appointment today and when I get there they tell me we don't do that kind of work. You'll have to go somewhere else. What a waste of time especially considering i talked to them on the phone and told him what I specifically needed done and they said yes not a problem come on in. I will never use Western dental again and I highly advise anybody against using them.
