I went to this dentist while I was in a drug rehab program, hoping to get my missing tooth fixed and restore my smile. From my very first visit, the experience was terrible. The staff were rough, rude, and unprofessional, and the entire office looked dirty and unorganized. The energy in the place just felt off. After two painful visits, I decided not to return. About a month later, they called saying my insurance had been approved, so I gave them another chance because I really wanted my missing tooth replaced. Instead of working on that, they decided to put a cap on a completely different tooth that I never asked them to touch. Then they told me I needed oral surgery to remove a broken tooth from my gums. But before doing that, they took a mold for a fake tooth—which makes no sense, because common sense says you should mold the tooth after surgery, not before. When I came back for the surgery, I went through with it—something I regret. They gave me a fake tooth that looked awful. It didn’t fit, it was too small, and it completely ruined my smile. When I tried to explain that it didn’t look right, they brushed me off, saying “we know, we know” and refused to listen. Even the lady at the front desk gave me medical advice, saying if I didn’t do the surgery, it could be considered neglect—something she had no authority to say. It took them over three months to completely mess up my mouth and destroy my confidence. Please do not go to this dentist. They do not take pride in their work, they are unprofessional, and it feels like they only care about selling expensive implants instead of helping patients. I left feeling more insecure about my teeth than ever before.

Sat in the chair 1.5 hours with no treatment and no communication, Broken equipment and zero respect for my time. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Location- 678 N Wilson Way, Stockton Ca 95205. Ps the receptionist was nice, they need to get rid of the old man that was trying to do x-rays.

This place had dirty floors and the building is in serious disrepair. On top of that Dr. Dong was dismissive and rude about a serious medical condition I brought to his attention. After attempting some light banter to break the ice he scoffed “I’m running on very little sleep.” He does not treat patients with any bed side manner at all, nor does he even try to attempt to care about your health.

Walk-In with toothache I wasn't ready to commit to the dental care plan they presented. I could tell the staff wasn't happy with my response. I was told a prescription for Antibiotics would be send to a pharmacy to help aliviate my pain until I was ready. I call the pharmacy to follow up. There's no record of a Rx.... So I dont think Ill be going back.

Had no problems at this location..ask for Martha n Samantha n they will take care of you.
