Complete change to my review. I called to schedule a follow up appointment after a root canal. I received the referral from here. My chart wasn't even documented as needing one. This is of HUGE concern. I'm needing a crown and would of preferred going back here but if my chart isnt charted correctedly I dont feel comfortable. I know the cost is huge and would prefer to go here but was just floored when the rep said in my chart it said I only needed a filling. Feel free to contact me if you want to make this right

100% recommend getting all your dental needs and care taken care of here. The staff is friendly and very helpful upon answering any questions you might have regarding your dental care. They’ve provided me and my son with the best dental care and took care of all our dental work. I was very comfortable and very well taken care of and will be sticking with them for a lifetime!

I had such an amazing experience with Western Dental! I originally went to the Chandler location and everything was so quick and smooth from start to finish. The staff was attentive, caring, and really listened to my needs instead of making me feel rushed. They helped us get a great dental plan that actually works for our situation, and I left feeling extremely satisfied and taken care of. Definitely one of the best dental experiences I’ve had — highly recommend!

Everyone was absolutely amazing. I had a bad experience with Western dental many years ago, but this office has changed my Outlook. They have a forever patient.I love all the staff and the Dr is absolutely fantastic

I’ve had my teeth cleaned here before 6 months ago. Had an appt scheduled for 3 weeks ago for a 6 month cleaning and they canceled on me the day before cause they didn’t have a dentist scheduled the day of my cleaning. They rescheduled with me. Called me yesterday to cancel my appt cause they over booked and said Saturdays are so busy and I might not be able to be seen, mind you they scheduled this appt. I get here today they tell me I was put under as a new patient and won’t be getting my teeth cleaned today and was only going to have a 15 consultation appt. Again mind you they scheduled all this. No attempts to fix the situation were made nor did they apologize for wasting my time. Odd situation.
