Everyone is very nice and makes you feel welcome. I had some concerns about certain teeth and the dr came and talk to me about my concerns on the teeth very attentive also they squeezed me in to change A crown same day overall they took care of me.

Absolutely amazing experience at this dentist is amazing From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They took the time to answer all my questions and ensure I felt comfortable. The dental team was efficient and professional, and I was amazed at how quickly my appointment went. The office was spotless, the equipment modern, and the overall experience surpassed my expectations. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for exceptional dental care and the lady’s in the front have such great customer service and always greet u with a smile and are so helpful

Amazing crew, stayed later than usual too help get my filling done which was very much needed, Dr.Brar and Ms.Vickie did an outstanding job, especially with the location of my cavity. Ms.Elena from the front office also provided outstanding customer service while guiding me through the starting process. Highly recommend, I'll be back! 😁

I’ve been going to this same Western Dental since 2022 and have NEVER had a good experience with them. The staff is usually nice and friendly BUT every time I go there is an issue. I live an hour away in Lake Isabella and have to drive there and then wait forever for them to just do something that takes 15 minutes and then be sent home. Feeling like the trip was a waste of time and gas. They sold me their stupid gumx scam saying that I had periodontal disease at 18, told me if I didn’t treat it my teeth would fall out by 30, and charged an outrageous price for something I never heard a word about again and doubt I ever had. Today I had my final straw with them when I went in for an appointment to get a filling. For context, later today I was supposed to go to another dentist's office where they referred me to do a root canal. I waited two hours in between appointments (again bc I live an hour away) just to go to the second office and be told that Western Dental filled the tooth that was supposed to get a root canal. So the cavity that was meant to be filled that I’ve been trying to get them to fill for years is still there. After today they have lost me as a client. I am again and again frustrated by my experience there and I am not the person to leave a bad review and definitely not the type of person to take the issue up with the staff. But I simply cannot deal with the constant inconveniences, their high turnover rate, and lack of staff, AND I WILL be fighting the bill I had to pay for the gum x trays bc there is no way I am paying over 1200 dollars for a few packs of hydrogen peroxide gel, trays and a tooth brush. You are kidding. You have lost me and my father as long term clients all I have to say is do better, even those with out good insurance are worthy of respect.
