Horrible customer service. Terrible scheduling. They scheduled us at 12nn then when we arrived. Just did an assessment then told us to reschedule for a later date or come back at 2pm for lunch. WASTE OF TIME. They lock the doors for lunch and locked up my mom inside while i got stuck outside the clinic and had to wait for them to unlock doors for an hour. Front desk and the other technician did not coordinate properly leaving us both separated for an hour! It was also summer time 100 degrees. No notice of lunch break posted outside.

Why are your door locked if you guys are opened makes no sense I see ppl standing outside the office building sad

Marlene, the manager, was very rude to me I was in the process of booking my next appointment with receptionist Jazmin when she overheard my complaint of waiting 1 hour for my appointment for x-ray and exam, and only the xray was done. I said politely that I could have been told earlier so I could come in at another time to do both. She told me I am free to go to another dental office anytime. Then, she said to Jazmin, "don't book her!" and turned around and walked away from me and the receptionist! How rude!!!! And she's the manager????

Horrible customer service. This place will change your appointments without your consent, and has 0 customer service over the phone, the lady could NOT wait to hang up!! ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY

This place is ridiculous, my husband and I were waiting for 2 hours just for them to only do x rays and the reason we were waiting for so long was because the receptionist forgot to check my husband in. The dentist had to go ask the receptionist why she couldn’t see my husband’s name on the check in screen and it was all because of that reason. It’s really ridiculous. They really need to pay attention.
