Jennifer was great! The whole team was! I had an emergency and they were able to get me in same day! There was a wait but i am so extremely grateful to have been able to come in as soon as they got me in! Amazing team of people here for sure! Highly recommend!!!

I went to a different dentist in town and they wanted to charge me over $10,000. I came to Western dental for a second opinion and I was floored. It was less than $1500 for what I needed done. I am so grateful that I walked through those doors. The staff was amazing and they made my next appointment very quickly. Great job team!!

If you love to have appointments scheduled then show up only to be told the appointment never was booked or told it was at a different time ( all while you receive text confirmations the day before that confirm the date and time you were told) then come to this place. You can waste not only your money but your time too. Please look into other options. There are more than just this place for braces. I wish I was told that advice before my daughter got her braces here. I’m so fed up I’m going to not pay another dime on my payment plan and they can charge it to the game or put me in collections or do anything I couldn’t care less and go somewhere to get her braces redone. Too much bs over the past year, they don’t value you as a client. Your a dollar sign and inconvenience and get 0 respect. I think they bank on people not being aware that Tucson has other options like DrJaw Cliff notes: If you like to get bent over and time wasted this is the perfect place for you. If you prefer to be valued as a client and respected try and find another option. Please don’t let them disrespect and undervalue you too.

I had a great experience at this dental office! The front desk staff Lilliana and Coraima were warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The X-ray technician Miguel was friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. The dentist was excellent—professional and thorough. Overall, the entire team made my visit a positive experience. I highly recommend this office!

FAKE REVIEWS! FAKE REVIEWS! FAKE REVIEWS! 1. Be aware that most of these 5-star reviews are fake. They originally had a much lower rating than they have right now, but they offer free cleaning kits in exchange for a 5-star review, which is against Google's Terms of Service. I am not the only one in the reviews saying this. If you read the lower-star reviews, they also explain how they were offered a kit in exchange for a review. 2. They are money-hungry leeches here. I walked in for a "cleaning," which they kept bugging me about and claiming I needed. When I arrived for my cleaning appointment, I was told I had to pay $135.00, which I didn't mind, considering it's a normal price for a cleaning. All was well until they looked at my teeth, did no cleaning whatsoever, and sent me on my way to the front lobby to talk to the receptionists about my "bill," which I initially thought I had already paid. Turns out I was lied to, and it wasn't a cleaning but rather a money grab to trick me and hand me a bill for over $2,000 worth of things they said I needed done to my teeth. One of the things listed was something along the lines of "Oral Health Instructions" for around $140.00, which is absurd because why would I need to be told how to brush my teeth as if I don't already know? The whole appointment was a lie, and they trick you with the initial $135.00 payment to make you think that you're paying for the cleaning. In the end, I decided I didn't want to do the $2,000 worth of work or get anything that the bill "recommended," which was a headache to deal with because ever since that day I have repeatedly received calls and voicemails bugging me over and over, telling me I owe the money, WHICH I DENIED! I DIDN'T GET THE WORK DONE! But they are still calling me over and over regardless of the fact that I didn't get anything done to my teeth. 3. On one occasion, while I was waiting in the lobby a few months ago, I was sitting there patiently waiting for my name to be called when I noticed an older gentleman talking with the manager, the lady who is usually in her office. The customer was clearly bothered by something, which the manager followed up with by saying something along the lines of, "You should have read the fine print. We're like a car dealership. It's your fault if you didn't read your bill correctly." It is clear that this dental office is screwing people over, and they do not care because as long as you sign the papers, you're stuck. 4. They will tell you that your insurance is not compatible and offer you a card through their company. The CareCredit card is horrendous in terms of the interest. DO NOT GET IT! You will be stuck paying it off forever. I will be getting more work done this month so I hope they don't magically bill me again for random things I don't even need.
