Western Dental & Orthodontics

I just started with Western Dental recently, and they've already left a fantastic impression in a few appointments. Signing up was super easy, they have flexible and readily available appointment times, and the staff are always friendly and welcoming. Mrs. Rochelle was my hygienist, she's so kind and took the time to explain everything to me in detail so I understood all the treatment options. I will definitely be choosing Western Dental every time!

Been coming here for a while now, I’m very satisfied with the variety of specialty providers. This makes it more simple to receive treatment without needing to be referred out, take more X-rays, another consult, then treatment, then back to your original dentist for the check up. I like being diagnosed then scheduled for treatment in the same office, it saves at least 2 or 3 appointments. All the workers are friendly, experienced, and helpful. Rochelle is the only hygienist to actually show my how to properly floss which has helped my gums the most, and Jenny the office manager was able to help me set up a payment plan after not being to the dentist for almost 6 years and needing a lot of work originally. 10/10 would recommend them.

These guys are the best dental group I've found in tucson. The entire staff if friendly. They're kind and compassionate and they "DON'T JUDGE" which was big for me. Im super sensitive about why my teeth were the way they were. They treated me with dignity and respect and I enjoy goi g her for all my ortho needs.

UPDATE: I HAVE RECIEVED NO COMMUNICATIONS FROM THIS OFFICE REGARDING MY DEBT. AGAIN, I HAD NOT RECEIVED ANY TYPE OF LETTER, EMAIL, OR CONVERSATION REGARDING I HAD ANY DEBT FROM MY LAST VISIT FROM 2024. I HAVE PAID YOU. WESTERN DENTAL PLEASE RESOLVE THIS ISSUE. From what I thought was one of the best places possible to receive care from, has now turned into a literal nightmare. I was treated with the upmost respect from the providers. However now, I am being charged AGAIN for a bill I had PAID already over a whole YEAR ago. They didn't notify me at all of any bill due or try to contact me regarding this bill that I so called owe them (I also checked the online portal. I did not owe anything). THEY SENT ME INTO COLLECTIONS WITHOUT ANY WARNING. This place has had a history of trying to charge me for services I didn't receive as well. I tried to call the billing department as well as customer service and was put on hold for more than 30+ minutes. I was forced to go into the building and the very nice lady said she would take care of it and never did apparently. Please steer clear if possible.

Best experience! Was seen same day appointment staff was very welcoming and Jennifer went over my options and even offered same day treatment! Truly appreciate the doctor getting me out of pain! Will be back!
