Dr. Neal Jones and his staff are amazing! We’re in and out during our appointments. They were even able to fit us in sameday for a broken bracket. Their payment plan has allowed us to afford braces for our daughter, something that would be difficult to pay all at once. I highly recommend this clinic.

Do not go to these people, and if you do, make sure you understand your insurance. They have a tricky way of balance billing patient's. First they require the payment up front and tell you you are getting discounts, but if you check your eob's from your dental insurance be sure you compare the "ineligible" amount on your EOB to what SSO just billed you, chances are, the amounts will line up. That's called balance billing and it's illegal and they know it. Also, because they know they are doing this and getting the money from you, that's called fraud by definition. Be really careful about your benefits, don't let them get more money than they contractually agree too.

Fantastic clinic where you immediately feel like family. All the staff knew our names the second time we were in, were attentive, and very patient. We were very nervous upon agreement my daughter was going to get braces but have since been comforted by such a great team!
