When bringing in 4 children during an hour and a half wait time surely the grace time could be extended slightly, especially when staff have the time to hang out and chit chat about life instead of waiting on patients. Then other staff are just walking around. The appointments were 10:10, 10:30, 11:00, 11:30 instead of being grouped together anyway. We arrived at 10:25. We can wait until 1:10 to get the other child seen. Like for real😑

Highly recommend! They were able to schedule my daughter’s appointment, get her braces started, and complete the entire process within two weeks. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and efficient. We had a great experience from start to finish and truly appreciate how quick and easy they made the process.

I love this place. My babies and I had a really great experience, they were done with their consultation in a very timely manner, everyone was very professional and sweet. Kam is such a beautiful soul. Would recommend this dentist to anyone.

The staff was always friendly and courteous, which I appreciated. However, the overall management and communication of my treatment were very disappointing. I chose to have my braces removed because my teeth were already straight. The only remaining issue was my overbite, which I personally did not mind, especially since wearing elastics caused me severe migraines. I discussed this with the orthodontist, and he agreed that it was reasonable to move forward with removing my braces since everything else had been corrected. At that time, my insurance coverage had ended because I originally received my braces as a minor. We agreed that I would pay out of pocket for my retainers. However, when it came time to purchase them, I was told I could not get them. This was extremely frustrating, considering I had followed the treatment plan and was prepared to pay for them myself. Later, when my mother contacted the office for clarification, we were told that they never said I couldn’t receive retainers, which directly contradicted what we had previously been told. The lack of consistency and communication left me confused and disappointed. While the staff was kind, the way my case was handled made for a very frustrating experience.
