From start to finish, the entire team made me feel comfortable, cared for, and confident in my treatment. Dr. Hartley is truly exceptional—knowledgeable, professional, and patient. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure you feel completely at ease with your treatment plan. His expertise gave me so much confidence that I was in the right hands. Kambrail, the treatment coordinator, went above and beyond in guiding me through the process. She was not only extremely organized and thorough but also so kind and approachable. She answered all of my questions with patience and made the financial and scheduling aspects stress-free. Lakeara, the dental assistant, was fantastic! She made each visit smooth and comfortable, always welcoming me with a smile and making sure I was relaxed. Her gentle and caring approach made such a difference in my experience. The teamwork and professionalism at Smile Straight are unmatched. If you’re looking for a place where you’ll be treated like family while receiving top-notch care, I highly recommend them!
