I had an amazing experience at Smile Straight Orthodontist, and a huge part of that was thanks to Maggie, the treatment coordinator. Knowing her already made the experience even better—she is someone who always makes you feel comfortable and genuinely cared for. She is truly a people person: friendly, patient, and so easy to talk to. Maggie took the time to explain every step of the process clearly and thoroughly, making sure I understood all my options and felt confident in my treatment plan. Her customer care is outstanding, and you can tell she truly loves what she does. Because of Maggie, my experience was smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable. I highly recommend Smile Straight Orthodontist and especially working with Maggie!

Absolutely recommend coming here for any services needed. My 8 year old is currently getting treatment for braces and an expander put in his mouth and the entire staff has made us feel so welcomed and comfortable in every visit. They’ve been helpful with even the smallest troubles or questions I’ve had and continue to make him feel safe and at peace with every session. Thank you everyone for all you do! ❤️

I was there to get some braces and was super nervous. The dental assistant Beatriz noticed and was very helpful in calming me down. She was very patient and understanding. She is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns! And I know that if she didn’t know the answer she would go and find me the answer! Loved her energy! Made me feel at ease!

Best decision to bring my little one to get treatment done at this office. Dr Matt is really good with kids.The treatment coordinator Maggie did a great job explaining the treatment doctor recommended. Front staff and assistants were all really friendly.
