The doctor was nice! He checked on me several times and asked if I was ok.... The lady that was working on me was coughing without covering her mouth and without the mask on. I had to get up out of my seat until she was done coughing. Her and the other lady that worked on me were not friendly and we're not patient. They were bothered by me asking questions. Also, at the end I was supposed to watch a video. They told me it is cutting into their lunch break and for me to watch the video on the website. . Unprofessional and rude!

Literally the worst! The doctor was so rude and condescending to my teenage daughter. She was in tears every time we visited. When I asked them if we could change to a different doctor, they told me no. And now my daughter's been stuck with her expander in her mouth for five years and they won't take it out. I don't know how they have any good reviews on here.

Scheduled a consultation, receive a text at 3:55pm that I need to call the office to confirm my appointment. Call at 4:52pm the *same* day, to confirm my appointment (because I was working) and they gave my appointment away. Said I need to reschedule. Poor business practice, unprofessional, unrealistic expectations for confirmation. Probably dodged a bullet honestly.

Honestly, I never thought I would be changing my 5 star review, to a 1 star. This has to do with my son’s brackets coming loose ALL THE TIME. Now, the doctor thinks he’s doing something for them to come loose, but he is homeschooled, and I am the one cooking, so I know he is not chewing on hard food. I am always on him with this matter. Yet, every single appointment my son has, there are at least 2 loose brackets. Sometimes I have to call to get one fixed in between appointments, and sometimes it’s even 1 or 2 days after the appointment. When I was a teen, I had braces, and again as an adult. I did chew on hard stuff, yet nothing ever came loose. I read reviews on here about people complaining that their children’s brackets were coming loose, but I never thought that would happen to my son, yet here we are. Today’s appointment went wrong. The assistant acted like it was her clinic. After at first saying I needed to pay $70 for the two loose ones, and I was explaining how he is being good with what my son is chewing, she said: “We will not charge the 35 dollars for each of the 2 brackets today, but next time it’s no exceptions” while saying it with an attitude. She added some blue rubber to my son’s molars. That means, they know the brackets are being impacted while he chews, so why not take accountability for that? I am seriously considering changing orthodontists, because of this bracket issue. Also, the doctor is never attentive to my questions, and leaves in less than 5 minutes. I would not recommend this place to parents who are being referred to this place by General Dentistry 4 Kids.

The orthodontist and staff were super professional and made the entire process smooth and easy. They explained everything clearly and ensured I was comfortable throughout the procedure. The office is very clean and welcoming, and the staff are all very friendly and attentive. I’m really pleased with how everything turned out, and I highly recommend them to anyone needing orthodontic treatment!
