Smile Straight Orthodontics has been absolutely amazing with my son’s braces journey! It’s just day one and every member of the team has been so kind, patient, and professional. They always take the time to explain each step, answer our questions, and make sure my son feels comfortable and confident. The office is clean, welcoming, and runs so smoothly! We never felt rushed or overlooked. You can really tell they care about their patients and love what they do. My son is actually looking forward to his appointments, which says a lot! I’m so grateful for their care and attention to detail. Thank you, Smile Straight Orthodontics, for making this experience such a positive one for our family!

I love Smile straight. A few years after my braces came off, they took care of me when my permanent retainer started to poke at me. They were so kind, nice, took me in right away and even have me wax just incase. I love them! Come here for braces!

The staff was all great except for the female doctor who spoke with us. It didn’t seem like she was interested in us coming back and starting treatment. Instead of encouraging us to try again at a different time with different conditions, her tone and attitude was more condescending than anything. It felt like there was no hope given. It was not a payment or insurance issue either. Children are often bullied due to appearances, including smiles, but she did not seem to empathize nor care. She also mentioned different things than the first male doctor had talked to us about. The treatment that she said my son needed didn’t match the previous one given. We will be going somewhere else to receive treatment. I had already recommended the place to a colleague but I will have to share my most recent experience to her as well. Edit: LET ME CLARIFY, cncouraging good dental hygiene was not the problem. The problem was the way she spoke to a child. Instead of saying we will work with you, but do this first, it was "I'm not recommending treatment" and "if you wanna come back later" in a condescending tone that made it seem like he was hopeless and they didn't really want us to come back and try again when we had already gotten a treatment option the first time we came by. When working with children, the tone and way of speaking should be mindful, especially if you don't know if the child has special circumstances. Ridiculous. And lastly, disclosing details of an appointment, even anonymously, could allow others (e.g., family, friends, or even practice staff reading the review) to identify the patient, which constitutes a BREACH OF PRIVACY.

Love this place but everytime I bring my daughter I see how much cross contamination is going on when it comes to to sterilizing their instruments! They don’t pre wash before putting them in the the ultra sonic cleaner they don’t allow the ultra sonic cleaner to FULLY finish before adding used instruments so they are being cleaned right then they have WET packs and still use the instruments when they should know if the pack is wet it is CONTAMINATED. Their instruments are rusty and that’s a BIG NO NO

Everyone was very nice and answered all my questions patiently especially Fernando. I would 10/10 recommend to a friend or family member. Jayleen was amazing have nothing but good things to say about her. -Josh M
