Smile Straight Orthodontics

Our first time going to smile straight and I must admit everything about this facility was PERFECT. The staff was very friendly and so welcoming. Everyone we came in contact was all smiles and so welcoming. I usually feel out place in these environments but they made our stay so welcoming and outstanding. My daughter got her first set of braces done and we feel in love with them. I'm so Glad we chose to come to them. We definitely not going anywhere else. We found OUR FOREVER DENTIST HERE

Everyone is so nice here. Front desk ladies are always kind and helpful with anything you might need. The assistants are friendly and good with my child. we have been coming here for almost 2 years and have enjoyed every minute! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

After a few late payments we were dismissed from treatment and asked to remove braces. My balance was only a little over $500 and I was willing to pay it in full. After denying my request we were told my son still had space in his teeth and we couldn’t receive retainers. I had no idea they would dismiss you as a patient due to late payments, esp with such a small balance left. $4000+ dollars gone down the drain. Also the doctor there was very dry and didn’t care that I was upset about the situation. He said “ it’s sad I know” not an I’m sorry or nothing. Claudia the finance rep never spoke directly to me until it was too late. I reached out several times and she never answered the phone. But the time I spoke with her they had already dismissed up. As a hard working single mom I’m disheartened that I spend over $4000 and my son’s treatment isn’t complete. I do not recommend.

We had a great experience at this orthodontic clinic. The entire transaction was fast and efficient, from check-in to the appointment itself. The staff were friendly, professional, and made my son feel comfortable throughout the visit. They explained everything clearly and answered all of my questions. The clinic was clean, organized, and well-managed. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality orthodontic care and excellent customer service.

My daughter had her consultation and got her braces all in one day! The wait time and procedure was so fast!!! The staff was so friendly, informative, and the atmosphere of the office was so welcoming and pleasant. I want to s/o Christina, Liyah, and Dr. P for their great services to me and family today!!!
