This place is great for kids. They have a big waiting area where they can watch tv and hang out. They have 8 (EIGHTH) tablets for kids to play with and available at all times. 100% recommended if you have kids

The staff are very polite I have been a customer for many years. Love that I can take my 3 kids at once they explain everything they need to do when treatments are require. Very happy and satisfied mom.

Left a voicemail for broken brace, never returned phone call, I waited even 36 hrs for a call back. I called three times 08/11, they promised call back from manager because we're having issues with transferring calls, never hear back. My daughter has a broken brace now for over four days, trying to get it resolved. I was promised that a manager would be calling me back within minutes, it's been hours now. I called back, fourth time, to find that Friday's they closed at 3pm... TERRIBLE!! Someone needs to take ownership. I would not recommend this place, this experience is bad.. my daughter can chew or eat, she's on pain. I called the number and press #2 to speak for someone with their "on call emergency line" no voicemail set up, no answer.... really bad 👎!

After taking my oldest Daughter to two other Orthodontists, I chose to try here since all four children go to General Dentistry. The Orthodontist was wonderful! She was honest and caring and truly genuine. Her office manager was awesome! She was able to work with me on getting the right payment plan for my oldest. They are kind and not pushy. I have brought my Daughter to see the staff for wires that have come out or bent and every time they handle her with care and comfort. Great attitudes and very sweet. Highly recommend!!!
