The staff are very polite I have been a customer for many years. Love that I can take my 3 kids at once they explain everything they need to do when treatments are require. Very happy and satisfied mom.

This place is great for kids. They have a big waiting area where they can watch tv and hang out. They have 8 (EIGHTH) tablets for kids to play with and available at all times. 100% recommended if you have kids

Left a voicemail for broken brace, never returned phone call, I waited even 36 hrs for a call back. I called three times 08/11, they promised call back from manager because we're having issues with transferring calls, never hear back. My daughter has a broken brace now for over four days, trying to get it resolved. I was promised that a manager would be calling me back within minutes, it's been hours now. I called back, fourth time, to find that Friday's they closed at 3pm... TERRIBLE!! Someone needs to take ownership. I would not recommend this place, this experience is bad.. my daughter can chew or eat, she's on pain. I called the number and press #2 to speak for someone with their "on call emergency line" no voicemail set up, no answer.... really bad 👎!

The staff here is wonderful and they're so attentive with my kiddo. From the start in getting everything set up to the final month of braces and beyond, I can thank them enough for all they've done!!
