Everyone was helpful, patient, understanding, and welcoming. Considering that my daughter had some challenging experiences at our previous dental office, I was especially grateful that this visit was not intimidating for her. Both Sheanelle and Melvin have been 10/10 for me. I was anxious coming back after a bit to the dentist after a big move and nervous about what I would find. Melvin was amazing getting me ready to go and gentle with the cleaning. Sheanelle was outstanding to talk to while going through a huge procedure. She was comforting and funny to help ease my nerves. I would recommend both of these lovely people!

I had high hopes for this dental office, but unfortunately my experience has been disappointing. My appointment has been rescheduled twice by the office, and each time I was left feeling like no one was taking ownership of the situation. Instead of providing a clear explanation or solution, staff members seemed to blame one another, which came across as unprofessional and disorganized. I understand that scheduling conflicts can happen, but consistent communication, accountability, and respect for patients' time are essential. After having my appointments changed multiple times, it has been frustrating to rearrange my own schedule without confidence that my next appointment will actually take place. I hope the office works on improving internal communication and accountability so future patients have a better experience.
