Dr. Toureno was just SO AMAZING in how he addressed my concerns & immediately scheduled me to start working on my smile. In this day & age, so many practitioners drag out the process to the point that you lose the motivation to start treatment! Suzette was so kind as she thoroughly walked me through everything she would be doing & then took the time to explain aftercare. I didn't feel ANY discomfort at all! Dr. Toureno immediately presented to assist where needed and Suzette finished up expertly. Vanessa was as excited as me as she explained the process, affordable pricing & significant discounts for different payment options. When she told me they could fit me in same day, I was ecstatic!! Valerie was extremely kind over the phone, checking me in, & helping me out when I was done by scheduling my next appointment & making sure I had my folder with everything I needed!!
