Dr. Toureno was just SO AMAZING in how he addressed my concerns & immediately scheduled me to start working on my smile. In this day & age, so many practitioners drag out the process to the point that you lose the motivation to start treatment! Suzette was so kind as she thoroughly walked me through everything she would be doing & then took the time to explain aftercare. I didn't feel ANY discomfort at all! Dr. Toureno immediately presented to assist where needed and Suzette finished up expertly. Vanessa was as excited as me as she explained the process, affordable pricing & significant discounts for different payment options. When she told me they could fit me in same day, I was ecstatic!! Valerie was extremely kind over the phone, checking me in, & helping me out when I was done by scheduling my next appointment & making sure I had my folder with everything I needed!! I love this team. I'm excited for my before & after. Grateful that I did my research & found this orthodontic practice. You will NOT be disappointed!! 🥰

My experience here was always the best! All the staff since the first day, I had my whole process with Ana and she was always so nice and lovely taking care of every detail and making my process better always (love her haha) I never had any problem about anything, this was worth every penny I spent. Also the girls of the front desk were always very nice, since my first appointment until my last one I fully recommend them!!! 1000/10

The employees are very sweet and kind especially the front desk. Anytime I call I am always greeted with respect and kindness, I really appreciate when communication is clear and transparent.
