Dr Leo and his staff have always been professional, and polite. The front office’s staff greets you with a smile on their face, willing to assist you. Scheduling appointments to fit our busy schedule, greeted us by my daughter’s name. They genuinely care about all their patients. Dr Leo team gives 110% + customer care with all patients. My daughter went through 2 surgeries to get her tooth exposed. First surgery didn’t work. Dr Leo and his staff supported my daughter with delays on the tooth not coming down. Dr Leo, and 3 of his staff went above and beyond anything I have ever experienced! They arrived at our 2nd oral surgery, with a different oral surgeon at 8:00am! To assist with making sure the tooth was exposed per Dr Leo orders. The staff assisted with placement of wire so we didn’t have to drive accross town, making another appointment. I was so surprised when I saw Dr Leo and 3 of his staff at our appointment. This goes above and beyond customer service, supporting my daughter with all she experienced. We truly felt Dr Leo’s compassion, knowledge, and experience. Dr Leo also committed his time personally speaking with the oral surgeon for exposure of tooth, and the dentist, on placement of porcelain crown. By doing this, everything was clear for my daughter treatment plan. My daughter followed Dr Leo’s treatment plan 110+%. Her braces are finally removed after almost 3 years. What a beautiful straight, white smile she has. I appreciate how encouraging the tech was explaining how to wear retainers, the care, taking them off and on, practicing in the office chair. My 16yr old daughter got her braces removed today and her teeth are beautiful! The staff was always nice to us and very professional. I recommended just smile. My daughter and several member’s of my family have had their teeth fixed perfect. I will always recommend just smile!
