Unfortunately, I wasted my time coming here. I specifically checked through my insurance that this place was in-network for the treatment I was seeking. The office kept saying they did not see my benefit for coverage and initially provided the financials as if I would pay out of pocket. I don’t see the point of paying out of pocket if my benefit is clearly there. I called my insurance 3 times to confirm this coverage, which they did and my insurance even called the office with no response. It really felt like they did not want me to use my insurance. What’s worse is I feel that my time was wasted and there was no regard for it. I am seeking treatment at another orthodontist. This is why I always check my coverage before making appointments so I don’t end up paying unnecessarily and if I hadn’t check my benefit details, I would have ended up paying out of pocket.

I have re-entered into braces this year. From the very first time of coming to this orthodontist I walked out the same day in braces. They explain the treatment and work with you during your plan. I'm excited to see my straight with no gaps smile ahead!
