Went in for a consultation, the lady who helped us with that was very informative and explained everything in detail. The Doctor was nice and very clear about what needed to be done and made sure we had all the info we needed. They were able to start my son the same day. They offer affordable payment plans which is very important to us. The whole process took about 45mins it was very quick but thorough. The assistant Betty was very nice and patient with my son. She also gave us lots of information we needed for before after and during treatment. Overall was a VERY good experience for us!!!

Location has a very friendly staff, helpful and clear with the way on how to take care of your braces. They guide you throughout the appointment on what’s being done. Highly recommend if looking for a place to get braces.

I don’t recommend this place. Horrible staff and bad experience over here. Always give the hard time for scheduling appointment. I recommended go to Dentist Jim Bowen you will happy over there 100%. The staff at Dr Jim Bowen is super friendly and helpful. Will take my the other son to Dr Jim Bowen in the furture. Never come back here
