My son completed 2 phases of orthodontic treatment with Dr. Rivera. Treatment was completed today and I am SO IMPRESSED!!! Dr. Rivera and staff are AMAZING!! One of the best investments by far, with my son’s treatment at Dr. Rivera’s. They are all knowledgeable, compassionate, and informative throughout the treatment. My son was seen at both of Dr. Rivera’s offices and they were always super clean! On behalf of myself and my son… THANK YOU to Dr. Rivera, Skye, Brisa, Mario, Diana, Rosie, and Christy!!! I can’t say enough positive things about them.

We cannot say enough great things about Dr. Rivera and his entire team. From the very beginning, his work has been amazing — his attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine kindness truly stand out. Every single staff member has been wonderful. They are friendly, welcoming, and always made us feel comfortable at every visit. It has been a long road — a very long road — but the experience was nothing short of positive. During my daughter’s time in braces, she unfortunately had an accident at softball practice and was struck in the face. All I can say is thank God for those braces. During that stressful time, Dr. Rivera and his staff responded quickly, were incredibly reassuring, and made themselves available when we needed them most. That level of care meant everything to us. By the end of her braces journey, she didn’t even want to have them removed 😅 — which says a lot about how comfortable and confident she felt throughout the entire process. And somewhere along the way, after sitting through all those appointments and seeing the amazing results, I told myself, “Well… if they can do this for her smile, maybe it’s Mom’s turn.” So yes — I ended up getting braces myself! Now I’m officially part of the Rivera Orthodontics family, and my daughter gets to remind me to wear my rubber bands. Full circle moment. Dr. Rivera and staff, keep up the amazing work. Thank you for creating beautiful smiles and building confidence along the way. If your child leaves smiling and you end up getting braces too… you know you picked the right orthodontist.

My daughter had braces put in for 18 months. Every time we had an appointment we were treated well by all staff. Techs are well trained and maintain the facility and all tools clean. It was an easy process from our first visit to our last appointment .
