I am very impressed with the whole team and Doctor! Super friendly and knowledgeable.. They were able to get me in same day and start treatment on my daughter. This place is amazing!!! I would highly recommended them to anyone looking for a new smile. The facility is always neat, clean and organized. The staff is always on top of their game welcoming all who enter their facility. I myself like how they send out emails/texts to remind you on upcoming appointments. They also provide easy affordable payment plans for those who may not be able to come up with cash for braces. I highly recommend Premier Orthodontics. They don’t disappoint!

They are the worst place to get braces from. I still have an overbite. My teeth are still not aligned right they gave me a retainer that’s a little off and they’re not going to do anything about it. They told me that I had to pay another 250 when it’s their mistake that they made a retainer that doesn’t fit properly and now it has shifted my teeth and when I don’t have my retainer on my teeth feel like my right side is biting together more than my left side and I tried telling the doctor that and they are not doing anything for me. And I’m still having to pay for it. I’m absolutely pissed and I don’t know what to do. Customer service is terrible. It’s not about what they see. It’s about what I’m feeling and they’re not doing anything about it to fix it. I don’t know who to call either

LOVE LOVE LOVE this office!!! So amazing and beautiful!! All the staff are super friendly and when you walk in, it's like a breath of fresh air! Dr. K is so awesome at what she does, if you read this review GO to this office.. you will be treated like family! Oh i forgot, the front office makes fresh cookies everyday; the cookies are so tasty and ADDICTIVE!!
