I just want to express how amazing America is. I've been in frequent contact with her recently because I was falling behind on my kids' braces payments, and she's helped me get back on track. We went over what was left on my account, and I had a question about my son's contract. She took the time to look into it and decided to speak to the provider to address my payment question. America called me back quickly with a great answer that really brightened my day. She was friendly, polite, and non-judgmental on my lack of not paying on time recently. She truly is amazing. Thank you!

Great service, affordable prices and friendly staff! My daughter was very happy and pleased and now almost time to take the braces off! Not to mention they have a really affordable retainer coverage program to protect this investment in orthodontic treatment!

Both my kids have had braces here. Pretty great experience overall. I appreciate the support throughout the journey and the free coffee & cookies are an added plus. My only negative is that one of the orthodontists is not as versed in oral/motor airway function and recommend not putting in an expander for my son, contradicting the original orthodontist who has more experience in this area, and we ended up putting it back on at the next visit anyway. All that could have been avoided if he actually listened to me and my concerns!

I was originally a patient at Glovsky’s office, and was referred here after Redstone (which initially bought out glovksy) was bought by this company. To say that this experience has been a nightmare from the beginning is an understatement. I had called to create an appointment after my retainer/invisalign fractured during my sleep (which I have had for less than a year– I ultimately ended up ingesting the piece of plastic/resin the Invisalign was made of) and when I arrived the person working at the front desk said that there was no appointment under my name. The person I originally spoke to said that they would reach out once the office had retrieved my records, which never happened. Once my appointment was eventually created, I was called to the back of the office to speak to someone about why my invisalign had been damaged after less than a year of nightly wear. I was not given a straight answer. The tech working said it was likely due to me grinding my teeth at night or heavy contact, which did not make sense as only one of my retainers was damaged (and the fact that my teeth do not have the wear and tear consistent with tooth grinding). She also mentioned how multiple people from the Redstone office have been having issues with the Invisalign made there. She said that I would ultimately have to wait until Dr. Christensen came down for his monthly visit to the Chandler office to discuss this matter further since she did not work with him personally/closely (which is ridiculous, considering he has so many patients in the East Valley). By the time my next appointment had arrived, Dr. Christensen did not have a straight answer as to why my invisalign were damaged and attributed it to the same reasons the tech mentioned earlier. His options were either paying $250 for a new pair, or he could cut off the back two teeth on the invisalign that was fractured/broken. He decided to cut off the back because I thought it was ridiculous I was going to have to pay that much money for something they could not guarantee would last over a year. Once he cut down my invisalign, the technician was rushing me out of the office. I had to tell her that no, I was not leaving yet as there were raw, sharp edges now protruding from my invisalign. She was not satisfied with my answer and ending up having a different technician fix my invisalign further. In short, I am finding a new orthodontist to get a new pair of invisalign as I cannot justify spending any money at the office considering how disrespectful and untrustworthy the staff are. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Great office with freindly staff. Dr. Coles has been great with both my son and daughter! Reasonable prices, lots of options and family discounts! Plus coffee and cookies while waiting for the kids to be done!
