Premier Orthodontics of Chandler/Gilbert

We've been coming here for several years for my children. Great locations across the valley, friendly and welcoming atmosphere, staff are very knowledgeable and excellent with kids. The Orthodontist is always patient and explains things in detail. I've never felt rushed at an appointment . We were offered traditional wire braces and Invisalign treatments. Payments were explained well and all insurance was dealt with efficiently. My daughter enjoys coming here and would highly recommend!

I’m 20,I didn’t have bad teeth but not consistently wearing my retainer as a teen caused them to shift and so I wanted braces again. And let me just say premier orthodontics makes getting into braces very simple and easy. I got them same day as my consultation and I couldn’t be happier with my decision to go with premier. Their communication is top tier and everyone is extremely friendly!

I was not knowing what the outcome to my visit would be, but I’m very happy with the plan the orthodontist gave me and the staff was super nice and professional. They went over everything with me. I recommend this staff to anybody looking to get braces. Also the atmosphere is relaxing and clean which is a big one for myself.

My daughter and I both had orthodontic treatment here and paid extra for the lifetime retainer replacement plans because we were told they would provide long-term value. Now that I actually need a replacement Invisalign retainer, I'm being told the agreement is no longer honored because Dr. Dustin Coles sold the practice. That is completely unacceptable. I paid for a lifetime benefit, not a benefit that expires when ownership changes. If a practice isn't going to stand behind what patients paid for, they shouldn't be selling "lifetime" plans in the first place. I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing any lifetime warranty or retainer plan here. Based on my experience, "lifetime" apparently comes with an expiration date.

The front office is amazing — they always have coffee, water, and little treats available, which makes every visit so welcoming! And Nyijaha is hands down the best. She’s so knowledgeable, always gets my teeth looking perfect, and when I tell you she is fast and accurate, I mean it! I absolutely love this place. 1000/10 recommend!
