Downtown Smiles Phoenix Dental Care

From my first visit for an emergency crown repair to my follow-up appointments for routine dental care, this office, the staff, and Dr. Karlin have been amazing. Everyone is friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about their patients. They offer great appointment availability, making it easy to find times that fit my schedule. They always take the time to make sure I'm comfortable throughout every visit, and they're incredibly thorough and efficient. I highly recommend Downtown Smiles anyone looking for excellent dental care!

Downtown Smiles is awesome!! Dr. Neal helped me with my pain and extracted my tooth on a Saturday morning. I was supposed to come in later but because of the pain he took me earlier today. And it was only $500 out of pocket to get me out of pain same day. Now I’m in bed, on my meds relaxing, and out of pain. This is now my new family dentist! 10/10 experience.

I have the worst luck with dentists. Downtown Smiles was great and both Dr. Daniel Karlin was nice, respectful, listened to everything I had to say, explained my services in a way that I would understand and continued to make sure I was comfortable. The rest of the staff, assistant and front desk, were great and communicated efficiently as well!

Dr. Neal is a great guy and dentist, he genuinely was concerned about getting me out of pain and helping getting my cracked tooth taken care of. They have dental plans that offer flexibility because I don’t have insurance but they mange to get my the help I need everytime regardless of the price. The office is very nice the staff are all friendly and he’s just an overall amazing guy and dentist who cares about his patients getting better. Highly recommend. 9/10

I had a terrible toothache during my trip to Phoenix from overseas (it was my upper wisdom tooth). It was one of those things that can ruin a dream vacation. Being in so much pain, far from home and not knowing what to do, doctor Neil Karlin became kind of a hero to me. He was incredibly professional, kind and reassuring. From the moment he started the checkup, I felt a sense of ease. And to my great relief, the tooth that had me up all night was pulled out in just a few minutes, without any pain at all. Also, a huge shout-out to the whole staff who were just as amazing. As a traveller from abroad without US insurance, this was a bit of a pricey service for me, but considering the pain I was in, it was a small price to pay. I was really lucky to have found this clinic.
