Downtown Smiles Phoenix Dental Care

Today I visited this clinic and my doctor was Dr. Karlin. He did an excellent job together with his assistants. I had a teeth cleaning and a filling, and I am very satisfied with the results. Everything went smoothly and the staff was very professional and friendly. The prices are quite reasonable as well. I really liked the service and would definitely recommend this clinic.

Walking into Downtown Smiles Dental, I was immediately welcomed by the girls at the front desk. They were very friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. My dental assistant Yesenia was absolutely amazing!! She was super sweet, very caring, and truly listened to my concerns. I have dental anxiety and even though I didn’t explicitly mention it, she still went out of her way to constantly check in and make sure I was okay throughout the entire visit. Dr. Neal was just as wonderful. He explained everything clearly, checked in with me throughout my cleaning, and made sure I understood what was going on with my teeth. I never felt rushed or dismissed, he genuinely took the time to make sure I felt informed and comfortable. Yesenia also did an amazing job explaining my treatment plan thoroughly and in a way that was easy to understand. Overall, it was such a great experience from start to finish. I genuinely look forward to coming back and continuing my treatment with Dr. Neal and Yesenia. Highly recommend this office, especially if you’re someone with dental anxiety.

I was looking for a Dentist with good customer service reviews and who accepts new patients. Downtown Smiles came up. I went online today (Saturday, Jan 31st) to schedule a dental cleaning and x-ray because I was having jaw pain. To my surprise, I was able to schedule a same day appointment. Unfortunately, I was late because of an accident on the Freeway. When I arrived the staff was nice and welcoming. Dr. Karlin, was friendly and nice. During my exam, he explained, why I was having jaw pain. He gave me his recommendation. Then he provided me with a home remedy until I can purchase what I need. I've been to this dentistry more than once. Every single time I have received top of the line care. Considerate, compassionate, and very effective in his profession. Clean ( my extraction went flawlessly and healing is going great) open appealing atmosphere. Very considerate staff who make you feel welcome and comfortable. The dentist I worked with inside of this office is probably the most confident I've met. No extensive after care needed any time I've went. I personally appreciate the care that they exhibited more than I can express in words. Very personalized. No rushing any decisions. Highly recommend for first timers.i think it's family owned And I feel like the man does the best to make you feel the best. Much love and appreciation. Thank you again.

This dentist office is the absolute best place to get your teeth cleaned, fixed and repaired. They do not pressure you for the upsell. Explains all procedures until you completely understand. Super clean and relaxing environment. Pleasant and helpful staff. I’ve had cleaning, crowns, veneers, root canal and very satisfied with the results. They will work with you in all situations so you can solve your dental needs. I have been able to walk in for emergency and left with my crown repaired. The office is open late and on Saturday to accommodate appointments. A man named Dr Dan works there and he is like your favorite uncle. He is a wealth of knowledge ,can answer all questions and always has a solution for your problems. Located in downtown Phoenix with ample parking and on the bus and light rail lines. I give Downtown Smiles 10 stars out of 10.
