100% HIDDEN JEWEL IN THE HEART OF PHOENIX. I found this place after relocating from Seattle and getting the runaround at Aspen dental. This whole office from start to finish, making my appointment online 2 days ago, getting in as a cash customer with a cracked tooth and repaired all today during my free consultation. They also gave me a major discount because I paid for it all up front, not that you have to. I had a lot of reservations because of its location. Don't let any of that fool you!! Dr Patel is an awesome young dentist, very quick, listens and explains every procedure. He's very gentle and compassionate, better than I've ever had in 40 years. Yajaira is who I spoke to when I first walked in. she explained all cash options and financing. super nice, I got through all my questions and out the door. 100% AWESOME 👍! Somos Dental helped me get a quick X-ray and cleaning consolation. Everything was very fast, yet super efficient and a clean setting. Very cost effective and they don't try to add-on unnecessary/unwanted services. Thanks to everyone at the Phoenix office for such friendly service. :)

I paid $3k+ and 4 months later have more spontaneous pain than when I started. Also pain when I eat now which is new. More details to come... I tried talking to the dentist Neal Patal— I drew a picture of where the pain was that he refused to look at. I told him he had been grinding down the wrong side of the tooth every time. I showed where the ridge was on the X-ray. I told him I didn't care what his bite strip said. He grinded the wrong side of the tooth another 4-5 times before he asked me to point to the pain point. Then, for the first time he touched the spot on the tooth that has been HURTING 6-8 WEEKS. Then he finally got it (while stupidly complaining about a lack of evidence on the bite strip) I had complained that my whole jaw and neck was hurting because it couldn't relax. Turns out YES I COULDN'T RELAX MY JAW FOR 3 MONTHS BECAUSE THIS DOCTOR REFUSED TO LISTEN. Why am I just now being referred to endodontist? I've had pain in the roof of my mouth for months. My mouth felt so weird today because it could finally relax without pain and the normal resting place hadn't felt pressure for months. This is especially infuriating because he had blamed my pain on me clenching my jaw and grinding my teeth during the day. I had been trying to relax jerk off. I don't trust this dentist to do the corrective work and that work is estimated to be another 3k. Last root canal I swore would be my last with him — I told him the pain control was inadequate and he gave the same prescription of ibuprofen as the previous time. The operation was more painful than the previous time and I missed work the following day with pain. By the time he referred me to the endodontist I needed emergency surgery the same day for a fracture. The endodontist told the surgeon my pain level was an 11. This doctor ignores his patients and is actively causing harm. This will be reported to the dental board before he harms more patients. All the corporate email does is try to get you to sign their legal responsibility away. I'm losing two teeth and need multiple root canals on more teeth because of this practice.

Five star is not enough to rate this place. Had jacked up teeth when I walk in this place, Left smiling ear to ear. Thank you to the stuff for the wonderful customer service and most of all thank you Irving for putting a smile back on my face. Highly recommend to all looking for the best Dental in town!!

Hurried up and approved my daughter for braces. All along, she needed to get fills all along her front teeth and some on the bottom. They don't care . They just want 4Grand for the braces.. be Leary.... And you cant understand what they are say 1/2 the time because they speak so fast. If you don't believe me call up there and make an appointment ... . I will say the front desk is friendly... I went to another dentist on Thomas down the street.. very happy they filled her cavities. And put braces on the same day
