Downtown Phoenix Dental

I use to love this place been coming for years but since they switched it has become more and more about money not the patient. Recently lost my insurance asked how much for a cleaning and was told could be anywhere from $245-$500 or more. Wouldn't look up my history to tell me what I would pay just said I would have to wait till after my cleaning. Unfortunately I will be finding another dentist. My daughter came today her last cleaning they never mentioned root canal or fillings but today told her last visit shows she needs all this work. Normally if you needed that they would have told you and gave you a price sheet. Not just wait till next visit tell you oh you have new insirance you need a root canal and some fillings... Like what... Just seems more and more like they are trying to line their pockets

I've been going to Downtown Phoenix Dental for over a decade and have always loved it. They're fair, honest and good to explain your care to you, and the office is clean and impressive. I'd suggest it to anyone.

Had a wonderful experience with Dr McKee - super kind, benevolent, skilled and truly a gem. Truly the best dentist ever! Also shout out to the amazing team - office manager Blaire and dental assistant Yanai - incredibly helpful. The entire team is just top notch (sorry forgot to get all the names!) but this is the best practice!

Excellent service. Great vibe in the office, you can tell the staff like working there. Dr. McKee is great. Friendly, takes his time explaining things and overall just a great disposition. I cracked a tooth, they fit me in right away. Had to get a crown, they make them right there on site, so was able to be in and out within a short amount of time. Highly recommend.

Downtown Phoenix Dental was amazing, I had unbearable pain and needed an emergency root canal; I called that morning and they squeezed me in that same day, provided service and alleviated pain. Dr Saif put me at ease, he is very thorough, patient and understanding; he made sure I was comfortable during the entire procedure; I cannot say thank you enough. This statement also rings true for all of the staff I encountered throughout my visit. As an additional perk the environment was soothing, all services done in one chair (xrays/procedure), advanced equipment, not to mention they are affordable. I truly enjoyed my experience and would highly recommend Downtown Phoenix Dental.
