Blue Orthodontics

So glad I won’t be dealing with this office anymore. Can Dr Blue make your teeth straight? Yes but so can any other orthodontist! My main issue is they switch front office people like underwear so billing was an issue. I signed a contract to pay a certain amount over 4 years and paid it early. I noticed additional charges on my account. When I contacted them they said they were unsure and would have to put me on hold. When I spoke with the “manager” she stated the insurance didn’t cover this additional cost so they added it to mine. I actually didn’t use insurance so I didn’t really understand this. She said it wasn’t in the contract it was “verbal agreement” which again makes no sense! I went ahead and paid the extra because otherwise she said they would send to collections. Months later my retainer broke and when I contacted them they said because it was more than a year I would have to pay $400!! This was also never communicated whatsoever. Dr Blue told me he would do it for free because I told him I was getting a few crowns done. They of course didn't honor it because it's not "in their notes". I'll get a retainer at my regular dentist a lot cheaper and no longer deal with this nonsense! Reply to your response: I've already talk to your office multiple times and still received the same outcome. I will not be stressing myself to deal with your office anymore. Of course I'm not sharing my real name with millions of people.

I came to Blue Orthodontist in 2019 and still come by for routine visits !! Staff are always very friendly and Dr. Blue is amazing ! Highly recommend 😁

Dr Blue has been a blessing. What an amazing journey that I have had during the years of having braces. From the pleasant front office staff, to the dental assistants . It’s always a good day here, everything gets done right 😍😀. I am forever grateful for DR BLUE!. And another shout out to Madison she is my little ray of sunshine, love chatting it up with her. In-between wire changing lol . Once again thank you everyone 🥰😍 DR BLUE does such a great job in hand picking his team!!

Blue Orthodontics is an excellent practice! I have nothing but great things to say about them - the location is clean and modern and their staff is very knowledgeable. I was having an issue with my Sparks clear aligners issued by an out-of-state provider, and they went above and beyond to help me locally so I didn't have to fly to visit my provider to get it fixed. The front desk staff was very friendly. Also, Michelle is awesome - she really knows what she is doing, was really helpful, and did a great job removing and reapplying attachments. Thank you all for going the extra mile - I would highly recommend your practice!

Our whole family has had braces through Dr. Blue. The office is always clean, staff is always extremely friendly, and Dr. Blue is amazing!
