I had an amazing experience at Blue Orthodontics! Madison did a fantastic job placing my permanent retainer she was gentle, professional, and made the whole process so easy. Jordan , Dom and Zaynah at the front desk always goes above and beyond with there friendly attitude and helpfulness. The entire team is wonderful, and I highly recommend Blue Orthodontics!

Highly recommend Blue Orthodontics to anyone in the Phoenix area! I had a permanent retainer come loose, and they were able to get me in quickly. Michelle was so professional and kind, and she did a great job fixing my retainer. I’ll definitely be returning to Blue for any future orthodontic needs.

I’ve had the best experience with Invisalign at Blue Orthodontics. The whole team have been so friendly, competent, accommodating and flexible with me coming out from San Diego for my appointments. They mail me my trays out of state at no cost. I like the results and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! And they send you home with whitening treatments when you’re done.

So glad I won’t be dealing with this office anymore. Can Dr Blue make your teeth straight? Yes but so can any other orthodontist! My main issue is they switch front office people like underwear so billing was an issue. I signed a contract to pay a certain amount over 4 years and paid it early. I noticed additional charges on my account. When I contacted them they said they were unsure and would have to put me on hold. When I spoke with the “manager” she stated the insurance didn’t cover this additional cost so they added it to mine. I actually didn’t use insurance so I didn’t really understand this. She said it wasn’t in the contract it was “verbal agreement” which again makes no sense! I went ahead and paid the extra because otherwise she said they would send it to collections. Dr Blue told me he would do a new retainer for free because I told him I was getting a few crowns done. I contacted them they said because it was more than a year I would have to pay $400!! This was also never communicated whatsoever. Because it's not "in their notes" they refused to honor it. I will get a retainer from my current dentist cheaper. Response to your post: I sent you an email Dr Blue and no response! As I suspected it was absolutely pointless to reach out because I knew the agreement we had would not be honored.

My experience at Blue Orthodontics has been great! Dr. Blue and Michelle are amazing! Michelle is always very friendly and kind when communicating with patients. She is also very excellent at her work, I have had no concerns at all when she works on my braces. She is one of the best!
