They did not want to pull my tooth a simple procedure. They just wanted to overcharge my insurance. I’m never going back to western dental

where do I BEGIN ? 🥹 I feel like as an adult the dentist is always a scary place because you’re expecting bad news , judgement or maybe expensive work. when I tell you everyone here makes the experience so smooth . And I just want to say Jonathan you were really a sweetheart you went above and beyond to make sure I got my service and I hope you know I’m truly grateful for that. Jonathan was professional , kind , and when he was explaining all the steps for payment and for my dental regimens I could tell he enjoyed what he does and that’s rare these days. love you all !

Jonathan, Sandy, and Lily were so sweet and helpful they took their time and gave me much info and they were very patient Dr. Marcelle was so sweet very upbeat I told her that I am very nervous and she helped me be optimistic she told me all the treatments I can do and was super helpful they just knows how to make you feel at ease. I will be coming back. Super clean too so five stars go here trust me!

Dr. Claims and her team were excellent . They made me feel at ease comfortable and errr efficient in their work. They really helped me to complete much delayed dental work. Great experience

The staff here is so friendly and really knows their stuff. Jonathan was able to explain the treatment and my insurance benefits in a way I could understand. If you are looking for a new dentist, Dr. Calima is great.
