Western Dental & Orthodontics

Today I reached out to Western Dental because I was sent an email stating that the office on Main Street in Mesa has moved over to Power Road location and the phone number to call to schedule an appointment was left in the email. I went on to call that phone number there is a recording that says this phone number is not allocated. I called a few times. I kept getting the same message then I actually went online and got an office too Western dental the phone number rather call that number and no one answered, but you could hear someone snoring, but it was a very prominent snoring and I could hear people in the background laughing, and once I heard this, that person hung up, I will not be going to this practice. I am just appalled at the way they conduct business.

I would have given a little bit higher but then I was told on June 15th that they would be going out of business before I could get the last bit of treatment. I was charged 1800 through care credit and but was supposed to get credited $400 for the night guard I never received through care credit and they were sending over everything to care credit that same day so I should get the reimbursement in the next 7 to 10 days. I contacted care credit today and they have no records of anything getting sent to them and the documentation they gave me isn't good enough to get it back. Nothing like getting lied too and terrible service and then not being able to talk to anyone since the office is permanently closed- I'm going to continue to dispute and report the company as a whole to the BBB

I had really bad tooth decay on my front teeth from a soda addiction, ended up having to have three crowns with temporary crowns for two weeks. Everyone was professional and cordial, specially Valentina. The crowns fit and look well.

Cheyenne,the office manager is irresponsible, making promises to follow-up issues and to call back which she never did. I called this office literally dozens of times and only was able to reach through on the phone on three occasions. On each of those three occasions over a several week period Cheyenne committed to getting my records straight and calling me back. She never did. When I finally went into the office and faced her she just smiled and said it’s OK. It’s not OK it’s irresponsible. Her records were so messed up that her billing department called me every day multiple times per day for several weeks. And yet Cheyenne said my balance was zero and that she would get the billing office to stop calling me which she never did. With that said, the dentists were good and experienced; the dental staff was also good. The office and equipment are very old and not in a very nice area.

The dental assistants are the sweetest!!! And they run this place. Whatever u need they will help you and if it’s an emergency they are on it 🦷🪥 these ladies need some recognition guys!!
