I'm glad I was able to get the work done, it was a process that lasted close to a year. The second to the last time I was there the tech or whatever the clinical title is pulled out the lidocaine and needles. I was there for impressions. I had to ask her what she was doing. My suggestion is read the patients profile better. The next thing that happened to me on my last visit was I was getting an X-ray and the man didn't put the radiation vest on me I had to ask for it. So, get your protocols down, read patient profiles and be more organized.

knowing how much pain I was in, I had to wait for her to finish cleaning the x-ray room before taking me back to the Treatment area. They booked an emergency appointment for me. Waited for me to get there to tell me that the office manager is not there to do the pricing bundles so they can’t do any treatment today. They’re closed Saturday closed Monday. Total waste of my time the dentist Dr. Collins was absolutely disrespectful and made it seem like he was inconvenienced by my appointment yet this is what you’re paid to do. Very condescending and talk down to me and really offered absolutely no help for the next four days even though they booked me an appointment. his bedside manner was nonexistent and he knocked me for having dental problems. I would’ve probably gotten more respect from their janitor than the way he treated me.

The office staff was friendly but inneficient, the hygenist and xray tech were delightful, the dentist was rude, and the endontist (who isn't a WD employee) was fine. I found it frustrating that I was called several times to ensure I would be present and on time for my appointment, which I was, but then had to wait nearly 30 minutes after my appointment time to be seen, I also experienced billing issues, but WD has worked with me to resolve. Overall, below average service.

DO NOT GO THERE!!! This was a in patient visit about a week ago and a phone call today. The parking lot is tore up. The parking spot lines are faded, you can’t see them. The outside and inside are dirty and outdated. There are pigeons tearing up the ceiling of the outside walk way and living in the holes. There are pigeon droppings everywhere. The assistants are not professional and need further training. The one that took my X-ray did not know how to position the tool that is placed in the mouth and repeatedly hurt me, she tried to do one X-ray multiple times (did not get that one) She told me that if she didn’t get it the dentist would be mad at her!? She also left in the middle of her getting my X-rays to make a phone call. She told me this!! They have multiple appointment systems which are not synced and are not able to keep track of them. I asked the older receptionist for the managers name(Melisa) to inform her of the issue and the receptionist said that they couldn’t fix that. I informed her that they have IT people to fix issues like that she then said “she didn’t need to hear all that” I then asked her for a way to contact her manager she said I couldn’t because it was her day off and she can’t be bother on her day off. I told her I understood that and asked when she would be in, the receptionist then became louder with me and wouldn’t let me speak and then hung up on me. I called back and canceled all three of my upcoming appointments and another two for both of my children. We will not be going back. They couldn’t pay me to go back!

Well I thought I was going to get braces however no this isn't to disrespect I went in the office just for teeth replacement, union going in office everything was okay then I was going to get the braces and 6 teeth replaced. So let's explain the story the office clean, tools to assist clients rushed , I asked they stated they were new. So I took off the braces which I will show down below now, let's make this clear when you go in for dental work stay with your heart.
