Let me start by saying I love the people in this company. The way they care about there work and also us patients is amazing. The new manager Chyenne is fantastic. She's fast and super helpful. Then the back staff. Dr.collins is an amazing doctor. He gets down to the bottom of it. And unlike other doctors he puts the patient first. He makes sure your comfortable. I've been there on super busy days as a walk in and him, Valentina, and Martin, always make sure that I'm leaving better than how I came. Chyenne works with me and my scheduling. I refuse to go to any other dentist or offices because the crew they have in this place. My teeth you may ask? Fantastic!

Idk what’s up with the bad reviews I never been to a dentist in my life and I’m 24 yrs old and came in first time to get exam and X-rays all the good stuff and goin to get my wisdom tooth pulled and teeth cleaned in 2 weeks etc and everyone was so nice from Chyenne helping me sign the needed forms to setting me up with a payment plan for the upcoming dental work everything was great and Dr.Collins did great making sure I was good and comfortable as it was my first time to a dentist and overall mood and atmosphere such a great environment! One of the patients told me to not come here since they heard yall closing soon! Hope that doesn’t happen because as my first time as a dental patient this office was such a great help!!!

knowing how much pain I was in, I had to wait for her to finish cleaning the x-ray room before taking me back to the Treatment area. They booked an emergency appointment for me. Waited for me to get there to tell me that the office manager is not there to do the pricing bundles so they can’t do any treatment today. They’re closed Saturday closed Monday. Total waste of my time the dentist Dr. Collins was absolutely disrespectful and made it seem like he was inconvenienced by my appointment yet this is what you’re paid to do. Very condescending and talk down to me and really offered absolutely no help for the next four days even though they booked me an appointment. his bedside manner was nonexistent and he knocked me for having dental problems. I would’ve probably gotten more respect from their janitor than the way he treated me.

If you are someone with a chronic illness/ disability and your dental health is taking a huge turn for the worst, this clinic is not for you. I have a hole in my tooth that other dental offices thought couldn't be saved. My TMJ doctor referred me to Faces for imaging and dental exam and this is where they told me this was super urgent to take care of for my overall health. Due to my financing, I cannot afford a root canal so I researched this office and scheduled for an emergency extraction. My appointment was at 9am, they called me back 20 minutes late. I was brought back for imaging, the tech didnt wait or walk with me. I do use a cane. I was asked if I could take out my facial piercings and I said I could try but he said it was fine. He ultimately asked me to remove them after a few images and I was able to remove a few. I kept asking for a glove for more grip to remove my piercings and was ignored. I was then told to be more prepared (in regards to my piercings/ earrings) next time. He then walked me to the space with the exam chair and a few chiars to the side and equipment. He didnt tell me to sit so I stood and waited for somebody. A woman came over and asked if I would like to sit, I asked where I should, she replied "well you are getting work done.." I layed back in the exam chair for 5 minutes and she came back and said we were going to take more images. I told her that is why I asked where to sit as I got myself up. Again, I am disabled this is a lot of work for me. She goes "well it doesnt take that long". I literally just wanted to leave and I should because my visit just got worse. Doctor finally sees me by 10am, I tell him about TMJ and problem tooth. He says it doesnt need to distracted and it could be root canal blah blah, it turns into financing discussion whatever. He says he's not pulling the tooth and I need to see oral surgeon. Before this we go into the exam, he knows about the TMJ, but is trying to get me to open my jaw more. He prys my mouth open with his hands! A scene straight out of a horror movie. I could not believe the way I was just being treated here like not even human. Dont put yourself through this and go else where.

I would have given a little bit higher but then I was told on June 15th that they would be going out of business before I could get the last bit of treatment. I was charged 1800 through care credit and but was supposed to get credited $400 for the night guard I never received through care credit and they were sending over everything to care credit that same day so I should get the reimbursement in the next 7 to 10 days. I contacted care credit today and they have no records of anything getting sent to them and the documentation they gave me isn't good enough to get it back. Nothing like getting lied too and terrible service and then not being able to talk to anyone since the office is permanently closed- I'm going to continue to dispute and report the company as a whole to the BBB
