If this is your first time dealing with this office, be prepared for the possibility of wasting your time and making a trip for nothing. A simple courtesy call could have prevented all of this frustration. This was my first time dealing with this office, and I showed up on time only to be told my appointment had been moved because the technician had an emergency and had to leave. Instead of notifying me beforehand, the first thing I was asked was, “Would you like to reschedule for Friday or Saturday?” Well, this is an emergency to me too. That’s exactly why I came in to be seen by a dentist in the first place. There were no phone calls, no emails, no text messages, and no follow-up to let me know my appointment had changed. The front desk staff showed some of the worst communication I’ve experienced at a dental office.

I wana thank copixie for all the help she does to maintain the clinic going. She always has a smile on her face and she is very welcoming. Thank you!

It’s always a pleasure walking in to see such great personal (copixie) . Im treated with respect and they always answer all my questions. Highly recommend my family and friends. Only down fall is the WAIT IS long. Time is set for a certain hour and I don’t get seen until 1 hour in a half later. Great full because y’all open on Saturdays but i would like to see more providers and DA as well. Thank you for your service.

Complete waste of my time. Unprofessional in that they keep overbooking more patients than they have capacity for. You will end up waiting for hours and hours before they can even see you. Would definitely not recommend.

Everyone do an amazing job my doctor, dr. Sara sanjari was patient the whole way and worked with me throughout the full process. She was the best dentist I have ever worked with thank you to her. Her assistant Mrs. Mandisa was wonderful and a great assistant she did a great job as well. Thank you to copixie as well for working with me even tho I had a lot of work and not a lot of time, she fit me in where she could and called to communicate any issues that arose. Loved my experience here and would definitely recommend.
