Best Dentist in Oakland | Advanced Dental Concepts of Oakland

Dr. Singh is truly one of the best dentists I’ve ever seen. I don’t usually write reviews unless someone/something is spectacular. I waited 4 months to come and write this review. I initially came in for a routine cleaning, and from that first visit I could tell how thorough and detail-oriented she is. She reviews every X-ray and scan carefully and takes the time to explain everything in a way that actually makes sense. I never feel rushed or overwhelmed, she walks through the “why” behind her recommendations so you feel fully informed. What I appreciate most is that she’s never pushy. She presents options thoughtfully, answers every question, and genuinely wants you to feel confident in your decisions. That level of trust is exactly why I’ve now started my Invisalign journey with her and have had an amazing experience so far, I am 3 months into my journey and am seeing amazing results. I wouldn’t have committed to that if I didn’t feel completely comfortable in her care. If you’re looking for a dentist who is detail-oriented, trustworthy, and truly excellent at what she does, I highly recommend her. Esmeralda at the front always greets me with a smile and has been helpful with all my scheduling needs.

Dr.Singh is kind, thorough, and explains all of the findings in easy to understand terms. She only makes recommendations that are necessary and is completely transparent in all of her recommendations which I really appreciated. She is definitely one of the best dentists I’ve been to and very personable, and her Dental Assistant is really kind as well. Would 1000/10 recommend her & her expertise!!

Dr. Singh is phenomenal. I have had my fair-share of frustrating experiences with dentists and this is not it. She is professional, clear, and most important timely. I see her at the time I am scheduled. It is so refreshing to be treated with such care and kindness. She is efficient and effective and her staff is just as wonderful. I am so glad I started seeing them. It is a superior practice in comparison to others I've dealt with. I highly recommend.

I previously posted that I didn’t like my experience after new management. However, Dr. Singh is great. She’s personable, knowledgeable and patient. She takes time to explain things in an easy to understand way. Dr. Lee is also great. I don’t remember the name of the dental hygienist but I like them as well. Now, the dental assistant is another story. Not my cup of tea. She doesn’t know how to read the room with the patients, her jokes are not funny and her breath smells like cigarettes… smoking is business but not cool to smell when she’s up close in your face hella early in the morning. Aside from the interaction with her, my visits are good.

STAY AWAY! This practice is highly unethical! I went in a few weeks ago and they said I needed fillings and other work done. Believing my dentist, I went and scheduled an appointment with them. However, I also scheduled an appointment with my Oral Surgeon to make sure they were telling the truth. When I met my oral surgeon, he advised me to not go here as my teeth did not need fillings at all. I called the office and they were simply rude about me cancelling the appointment and refused to even be apologetic, go somewhere else!
