Huge shoutout to the team at Downtown Oakland Dental! I had a dental emergency right before the holidays when a crown came off, and they were so accommodating and fast. The office is stunning and feels very welcoming, not like a typical sterile clinic. From the front desk to the chair, the service is professional and seamless. If you’re looking for a dentist that balances high-level efficiency with real compassion, this is the place. Highly recommend! Next I will be going for a teeth cleaning and teeth whitening. Hands down one of the best dental practices I have experienced.

Dr. Fong and his staff are among the most pleasant and helpful healthcare service providers I've ever used. They also have far more technology than other dental offices with which I’m familiar, with monitor displays of just-taken x-rays so you can be shown any problems, as well as the overall condition of your teeth. I can't say I actually look forward to my dental appointments, but I do appreciate the friendliness, professionalism and competence at Downtown Oakland Dental.

Y’all when I say this is the best dentist I’ve ever had….I mean by far!! Thorough, patient, informed, enthusiastic, and kind care like I’ve never experienced before at a medical appointment. Not only are they warm, but their expertise is apparent. The tech they use is also really advanced which allowed me to learn whats going on in my mouth in a way that made sense as a visual learner. I’d recommend them to anyone considering:)

Always a great experience having my dental needs taken care of by Dr. Berry and her team. They provide a comprehensive plan to get your teeth it great shape and stove to make everything as painless and easy as possible. I only wish they were an in-network provider for my plan as that would save me some money.
