First visit at Image Dental and I was genuinely impressed. They send friendly appointment reminders (huge plus), and the office is spotless with a modern, welcoming vibe. The young lady who took my X-rays and did my cleaning was patient, kind, and very gentle, explaining everything along the way — which made the whole experience comfortable and stress-free. The dentist was knowledgeable and straightforward, and for once I didn’t feel like I was being sold procedures I didn’t need. That alone sets this place apart. At a previous dentist on Morada Ln, I overheard staff trying to sell Invisalign to a man who was clearly in his eighties — so yeah, the contrast was obvious. If you’re looking for an honest, professional dental office that treats you like a person instead of a sales target, this is the place. Highly recommend.

I have been with Image Dental for years now, and the experience has been amazing. It's not just the work that they do, but the way that they make each person feel important, valuable, and supported. Today I had some work done that required numbing shots in multiple places. Dr. Grae was great. He made me feel comfortable and calm. I did not even feel the shots! PLUS, he's a good singer and serenades his patients as he works. Dr. Grae and Mandi made the experience fun rather than stressful. They explained every step in advance so I never sat wondering what would come next, and at the end of the procedure, they both took extra time to make sure that everything felt right. Mandi stayed behind to answer my questions and give me advice --and this is the experience I have had every single time I have been in. The front office staff remember my name at the door, I've never run into any issues with scheduling or procedures, they are able to text you if you are like me and hate phone calls, and I have so much trust in the team. I definitely recommend Image Dental.

Dr. Nozaki and Robin is amazing! They both make you feel at ease and are really patient and understanding. I don’t feel rushed and I feel they really care. Robin is such a sweet hygienist! I enjoyed her company as well as her expertise and advice. I’ll be doing the rest of my treatments here and I hope I can see them all the time at each appointments!! I highly recommend them and team Image Dental!!
