I had a wonderful experience getting braces at this office. Dr. Parker and his staff are so wonderful and took care of me every step of the way. I was always greeted and helped in a timely manner which meant so much to me because I schedule my appointments in the mornings right before work. The front desk ladies, Daisy and Jeannie, were always kind and communicative. I enjoyed talking to them because they were personable and can make anyone feel comfortable, even a stranger :) I was helped by a few other people in the office but didn't get a chance to get to know them as well because they were working on my teeth lol! They were all great too because they always made it a point to make me as comfortable as possible even during the uncomfortable parts. Anyways, I can't thank Dr. Parker and his staff enough. Most importantly - I love the results :) This was a flawless experience. 1000000/10 Thank you, Brookeside Ortho!!!!!

My experience at Dr Parker’s office has been fantastic. All of his staff is friendly and helpful. The environment in his office is always welcoming and peaceful. Dr was in tune with my needs and create the results I hoped for. All of the staff is good at what they do. Never felt rushed or not taken care of. I highly recommend this office for all your orthodontist needs! Happy patient

Over my 3 years being with this orthodontist and Dr Parker have been nothing but AMAZING !! I love the staff and everyone is always so welcoming. I feel like I’ve fallen in love with my new set of teeth ! I will miss seeing everyone every couple of weeks. Every appointment I get taken to the back immediately and in a timely manner ! Environment is amazing and they always have good music playing.
