I had the best experience I have ever had at a dentist office. From the moment I walked in being greeted by the kindest and sweetest hostess/biller I have ever met, to Dr Lea making me feel comfortable and showing me kindness and professionalism above and beyond what is expected. Every one was extremely kind and helpful! Eddy was the BEST hygienist I have ever had. He made my experience actually enjoyable and my teeth look GREAT after his superb cleaning. What a kind dude that takes his job extremely seriously! I am blown away honestly! Thank you Riverside Plaza Dentistry! You made going to the dentist enjoyable for the first time of my life! Dr. Jia and Leslie were very gentle with my procedure and kind. The office has a great atmosphere and makes me feel comfortable to go! Would definitely recommend. The hygienist, Eddy, is amazing too! 10/10

I very much appreciate the thorough and professional assistance from Araceli, with scheduling, cost breakdown and billing. She is also quite delightful through it all. My hygienist Ashley, rendered the best cleaning I’ve ever experienced. She is clam, precise and unhurried with every step taken. I was very pleased and told these exact words as I thanked her. I’ve been a patient with Riverside Plaza Dentistry since 2020 and will definitely remain in their extraordinary hands for all my dental needs.

Today was “Serve day” at this dental office.. friendly faces, great energy. Cody was so amazing- he very good care of me and made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. I had my 1st visit last Friday and the whole visit was smooth and easy. It all started great with the friendly front desk. In the back Eunice made my X-rays experience quick and easy. Cody the hygienist took care of my cleaning and made it painless. A big thanks to Dr. Jia and Dianna for staying late on a Friday and taking care of my treatment knowing my work schedule is complicated. Best part was hearing how much Dr. Jia loves her job. You just feel it with how they have fun and look to make sure everything is done well.
