Dental Associates of Riverside

My family and I have been going to Dental Associates for over 30 years. The front office ladies are always kind and welcoming. The Dental hygienists are friendly and thorough and the dentists do their best to make it a pleasant experience. My children all had their braces done by the orthodontist at Dental Associates. While it wasn’t their most favorite memory, they are all very happy with how their teeth came out. I highly recommend Dental Associates!

Been going there for over 20 years. With a few exceptions many years ago, they are always on time, courteous and professional. My favorites are Dr. Ludwig & Allison. I write one review per year. Only when I feel compelled to do so.

I stopped going here a few years back. They paid me with a gift card for a positive review on Yelp so I want to actually put a real review this time. Do not go here. The girls at the front desk are some of the rudest people I've ever interacted with. Their billing department is super shady, too. I had a really great hygienist but she moved away and left this place. Any good employee they've had is gone. My last visit I was literally getting lectured and berated for showing up "late" when really they moved my appointment up 30 minutes the day of. They told me they tried to call me. I explained to them that I already had my day planned around my original appointment time and that you can't change the appointment last minute and expect someone to answer the phone and adjust. They just kept berating me and lecturing me. Hey, I am paying YOU. Don't talk to me like that. Also, this was an ongoing communication issue with the front desk ladies who were just flat out bad at their jobs. I had never had that issue before, but I think it's because all of the original people I worked with left. I also got a really bad filling from one of the dentists and have had sensitivity in that spot since. Since I stopped going here, I have become a loyal client of Canyon Crest Dental and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND going there instead. They can be a little pricier but they work with you and with you insurance to help you, unlike this place where they're extremely rude.

I always go to the dental in LA and they were the worst experience I’ve ever had when I came to this one changed my whole perspective on dentist. They were very patient didn’t feel no pain at all whatsoever. And they were fast not only do they take me but my daughter as well and they’re great with her highly recommend for anyone to come here if I can give it 10 stars I would Best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist place. The only best experience I’ve ever had in a dental place.

Hands down the best dentist Nicholas Lampasi, and his assistant Rose. I was petrified when I got in the dentist chair, but their kindness and gentleness helped ease me into feeling relaxed. They played music that I liked and just had a, but their kindness and gentleness helped ease me into relaxed. The dentist was so gentle, I couldn’t even feel him numb me. And that’s never happened before, So in my experience, the best Dentist and assistant, and even Raya the treatment coordinator was amazing and sweet and easy to speak with about making payments. If you or someone who struggles with anxiety before going to the dentist, please do yourself a favor and check them out. I’m so glad I did. They will be my dentist forever. Finally found the best.
