Gentle Dental Riverside Central

I have been researching for a good dentist; and I believe I've found it. The office is very clean; the staff is friendly and Dr. David has a very good chair side manner. My service was quick and painless. I love my end results for the work that needed to be done. I would recommend this office & team to any of my family, friends & acquaintance.

Marina & dental assistant (x-ray person) were courteous, informative and approachable. The downfall came when the person that handles billing was unable to retrieve my information showing that I had insurance.Therefore because she couldn't find it even though it was in her face.She told me I was not insured. I live without getting my tooth extracted, which had an abscess.

This appointment was for my husband to get new dentures. He has memory loss and sometimes has difficulty understanding instructions. Everyone at the office was very kind and understanding. I very much appreciated their patience in working with him.

My visit today was a really good experience. The staff were welcoming and made me feel comfortable right away. The office was clean and calming, which helped ease any nerves. The dentist explained everything clearly, was gentle during the procedure, and took time to answer my questions. I felt listened to and cared for throughout the visit. Overall, I’m very satisfied and would definitely recommend this dental office to others.

I came for the appointment about 25 minutes early. I didn't have to wait long to be slotted in early. They explained everything patiently and gave me a copy of the costs and other details. Great staff all around.
