Gentle Dental Downtown Portland

Your office is a beautiful and quiet space. Your receptionist was so helpful and patient. The young assistant who started my dental experience and did xrays was beautiful and so gentle. She was good in her requests for how I could position my mouth, etc. for a particular film. Dr. Holland was gentle and thorough. I liked that he listened to me in my questions and concerns for my teeth. I found the best dentist group! Well done, Gentle Dental!

If you can get to see the dentist the experience is okay. However there is no direct line to the actual local office so it makes communication extremely difficult. I was going to this dentist for approximately one year for overdue dental work, this culminated when I ended up taking 2 hours off at work at a busy job, and was late by ten minutes and wasn’t able to call because there is no local number. They refused care when I was ten minutes late per policy when no one else was in the office. You usually have to wait 45 minutes to see the dentist anyways. I am currently setting up care at another dentist closer to home.

The receptionist Daniele, as the gatekeeper to my first time at this dentist, set the tone for my visit with her patience and kindness. Dr. Holland and the dental assistant Eurely listened to my concerns and answered my questions. Dr. Holland was nice, on time (!), he and Eurely made an unpleasant experience as pleasant as possible. Eurely was nice and very helpful from beginning to end with my dentist anxiety.

Everything was professional and excellent from the moment I walked in the door. And Dr. Grant was so thorough and took the time to explain in detail what I needed to know. I felt I was in super competent hands.

Super friendly. I hadn’t been to dentist in awhile due to fear and they were kind and professional. Got 3 filings and it was quick and easy. Highly recommend!
