Gentle Dental Eugene

This by far has been the best dental experience in Eugene I’ve had in the years I’ve been here. From the beginning from the front desk Whitney is a doll she helped me so much and is so kind and runs that desk well. Candace the office manager is so sweet she was fabulous and helped get me in with appointments and explained things very well as she has experience in the field as well which made me feel very comfortable. Dr saikin was very gentle and knowledgeable. He did a wonderful job and it was a painless experience would definitely recommend him. Anne the hygienist was very cheerful and educational she helped me learn more about my oral health care and made my cleaning process an absolute joy I am so I happy I was able to get in here 3 days in a row this office rocks! 10/10 recommend them if you need help with your dental needs

I haven’t had any actual work done yet. I came in during their emergency visit hours, someone had cancelled their morning appointment and since I was the first one there I was offered that appointment (thank goodness) The front desk lady was amazing, she was very sweet and helpful, and the assistant that did my X-rays was phenomenal, first set of X-rays I’ve EVER had that didn’t hurt my gums. And the dentist was very thorough and gentle with my area that was causing pain. Unfortunately they are booing pretty far out but they have an option for a cancelation list I have faith this team will get me in sooner!!! All in all so very pleased with my experience you guys are amazing!!!

After a problem with insurance transferring over, we had to cancel an appointment for a cavity fill the week before. Gentle Dentle was fantastic in helping us get the insurance fixed and then getting rescheduled just a week later for that filling. I am so grateful for all they did to help my child get the Dentle care she needed.

I went to this dentist a few years ago and my experience was horrible. One dentist told me I should look into jaw surgery for my tmj while fixing a emergency broken tooth which looks cracked in multiple spots. The next dentist told me just to try a mouth guard first. He was very nice but clearly not very good at fillings. My new dentist is now fixing all of the rough fillings I had done at this location. They also had me booked for a wisdom teeth removal which they canceled on me 15 minutes before my appointment when I was already there. So I made a new appointment and they canceled on that one also! The pressure was so intense it cracked one of my bottom teeth which he didn't fill immediately and said it would be fine for now. Well it wasn't. I had to get all 4 wisdom teeth removed plus the bottom one from a different place since I was in horrible pain for 2 years waiting. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone with what they did to my teeth. The receptionists all at that time were very nice also.

The staff was quick, friendly and put me at ease. I was not a patient of theirs, but when I came in with 2 broken teeth I was seen within the hour! One day later, half hour appointment and my smile is better than ever! Being a person who suffers 'white coat syndrome ' ( anxiety in medical settings ), I am incredibly grateful to have found such a great team to care for my oral health ❤️ Who would have thought broken teeth could be a happy accident??
