My daughter just got her braces on and Jaiden made it the best experience! She made my daughter feel so comfortable and put her braces on with ease! All of the staff was so kind and being able to pet the 2 golden retrievers while at the orthodontist made it a thousand times better!!

At my son's first appointment, we were welcomed with a little sign with his name. He liked seeing his name up there and lowered his anxiety a lot. Everyone here is so nice and works well with the kids. My daughter already was a patient here and the transition to the new doctor was easy. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is because they charge interest if you need to make payments, and considering how expensive treatment is, interest makes it a lot harder to afford treating kids, especially multiples!

I have been a regular at this office for the last 5 years for my 4 kiddos. I couldn’t be more pleased with how they run it! Dr. Trammel is very good at at what he does and he always takes the time to explain what is going on. The staff are friendly and welcoming. We had a little emergency once, requiring coordination with the dentist, which was handled very well. Thank you for all that you have done!

We have a 6-year old who just got phase 1 of her braces on last week. Originally I thought this was super young, but after talking to their awesome staff and Dr. Trammell I was assured it is much less painful and has a better success rate to fix some of her teeth issues now (under-bite and cross-bite). The staff make it fun for her to go and she is so excited to have braces! We really are so appreciative of their friendly faces and kindness as we go through this new adventure.

I was honestly disappointed when Dr Trammell decided to retire. We were really happy with him and the transition felt quite abrupt. But I was impressed with the responsiveness of the Chvatal team when I called to ask some questions and express concerns about changes in my daughter’s treatment since the transition. They won me over after that. And they’ve done a good job of speeding up the process during the final stages of treatment so we can get across the finish line. I think they have a good team of people and wish them the best in their new office.
