Fox Kids Dentistry & Orthodontics

We absolutely love Dr. Fox and the amazing staff at this office! From the moment we walked in, they made my child feel so comfortable and at ease. The entire visit was smooth, stress-free, and even fun! It’s clear that they truly care about their patients, and we’re so grateful to have found such a wonderful pediatric dentist. Highly recommend!

Super disappointing experience. Several weeks ago, I called to schedule a 2nd opinion consult for my young child. We have seen another fantastic orthodontistry practice and just wanted to double check that the course of action would be similarly recommended by a peer in the field. My child is about to be 5. We need orthodontics for functionality of mouth and jaw. This is not for aesthetics. I won't go into more detail to protect my kids health, but alas, it is needed at an earlier age. I spoke with the office receptionist who said that while its not common practice to work with kiddos that young, that they would be make an exception. I took first available appointment and waited weeks. Now a week before the appointment, I am being informed that they won't see my kid because he's not 7. I understand policy, but how weird to say its ok and great and then wait weeks to change your mind. The reason was "we can't get x-rays on young kids." Strange considering, the other practice took fantastic X-rays and images and came up with a game plan. Are they working with inferior and outdated technology that doesn't make this possible? I can't seem to wrap my head around why one practice does this no issue and this practice can't. Anyway, I guess I am concerned about their attention to detail and going back on their word.

I just finished our first appointment and there are not enough stars in the universe for this group. From the gal that works the front desk (she was lovely when making the appointment) to the hygienist (who was so patient) and dentist (who is knowledgeable and easy to talk to) it was a wonderful experience. My son has sensory issues and he left and said “best day ever, when do we get to go back?” He was tearful and sad on the way there because our last experience with a dentist didn’t go so well. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

This is the best dentist office I’ve ever brought my daughter to. She’s very anxious due to some past bad experiences. They make her feel so at ease, don’t force her into doing anything she doesn’t want to, they remember you and make you laugh the whole visit. Dr. Fox and her staff are one of a kind. I recommend them to everyone I know!

We have had very positive experiences with Dr Dana Fox. All the staff we have met have also been kind and friendly. Everyone is great with kids, helping us all feel at ease and welcomed. My kids look forward to visiting this dentist! It is important to me that this staff understands children and can help them feel relaxed and explain what is happening. Staff are also great with parents. I feel fortunate that our three girls are getting excellent dental care while enjoying visiting their dentist.
