We have just started the process of my 12-year-old getting braces. From the way we were greeted, the work culture in the office(s), to the actual installation of braces and follow up (just in the last two visits)….I am stoked! They really take care of their people and are there for you as a client. You can tell from the outside that it’s a great place to work and they all love being there… That makes such a difference! It makes the 18 month relationship more appealing and way less daunting 🤓 😬

I've had the best experience I can imagine with my aligners at Ainslie Orthodontics. Doctor Ainslie is amazing - helpful, informative, and very good at his job. Every single person I've worked with through my year of aligners, and my post-alignment retainer phase, has been kind. I've had to miss appointments last-second, I've arrived late, and no matter what it's been a great experience. To give you an idea of what you're getting when you go to Ainslie: on my first visit, Doctor Ainslie told me to text any time if I needed anything. I was nervous and unsure what to expect, and I had the inevitable pain of a new and tight aligner fit. Not sure if that was normal, and being fairly anxious in general, I texted Doctor Ainslie to ask, late in the evening. He got back to me within *five minutes* to assess and reassure me that all was fine. That attitude, that sensitivity and awareness of the anxiety that can come with orthodontics, is shared by every person at Doctor Ainslie's practice, and I'm grateful to have had them with my through my aligner journey.

He truly goes above and beyond — always taking the time to make sure she’s comfortable and that everything is going smoothly with her braces. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about his patients and takes great pride in his work. We originally tried Invisalign with another orthodontist, which turned out to be a disappointing and costly experience. Switching to Dr. Ainslie was the best decision we could have made. His years of experience really show, and his entire staff is just as wonderful — friendly, professional, and always welcoming. I would highly recommend Dr. Ainslie to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, caring orthodontist who truly goes the extra mile. Our experience has been nothing short of exceptional!

Recently I was referred for a consultation with Dr. Ainslie. It was one of the finest examinations and thorough discussions of my issues — all done as a courtesy. As a senior citizen with a third degree bite, I was gravely concerned about my shifting jaw, bite, and front tooth pain. My entire childhood I had braces and plates, and the increasing pain I was experiencing was alarming. After dentist Dr. Seo’s examination ruling out any infection and recommendation of a new night time bite guard, his recommendation to Dr. Ainslie was highly reassuring to me that I have a path for continuing dental health. I highly recommend Dr. Ainslie and staff, all who are caring, charming, knowledgable and lovely to work with. Five stars.

I saw Dr. Ainslie in the West Linn office for all of my orthodontics as an adult. He and his staff are so friendly and knowledgeable… And they all have a great sense of humor. While I didn’t ever love going into the office over the course of time with my aligners and braces, the fact that their office was always welcoming and friendly. Made it less horrible! Dare I say enjoyable?! Anyhow, that was a few years ago. I saw them just today as my retainer snapped and I’m getting ready to leave for a work trip. They did everything they could to fit me in so I had a new retainer straight away. His staff is the greatest and the most accommodating!
