I had my new patient consultation today, and overall it was a very positive experience. I overlooked the information that the office was located on the 13th floor, which was entirely my mistake. I have anxiety related to being in high-rise buildings, and the staff could not have been more understanding. From the moment I arrived, everyone was friendly, kind, and patient. They took the time to help me feel comfortable and supported, which I greatly appreciated. Their professionalism and compassion made a significant difference in easing my anxiety. The doctor was equally impressive. He was knowledgeable, informative, and took the time to thoroughly discuss my situation. I felt genuinely heard throughout the appointment. Rather than dismissing my concerns, he listened carefully, explained his reasoning, and helped me understand why certain treatment approaches may or may not be appropriate. I left the consultation with a much better understanding of my condition and the factors of my bite. It was reassuring to speak with someone who clearly understood what I have been experiencing. Overall, I am very pleased with the consultation. The visit provided valuable information and gave me a great deal to consider moving forward. It’s rare to find an office that blends professionalism, kindness, and genuine joy the way this one does. We are so grateful for the care they provide and couldn’t recommend them more highly.

The staff here are amazing. As soon as you step into the office, they make you feel right at home. The atmosphere is relaxing and the music selection is excellent! They are kind, uplifting and always make sure that you’re doing okay while you’re in the chair. If I could have them for general dentistry, I would!

They are really sweet The doctor is a big white, bald man but he is also really nice. Katalina was my hygienist and she was really sweet and fun. It is pretty expensive. I remember my braces treatment took a while but now I have perfect straight teeth. 🦷
