I have never been to a medical office where everyone is so happy and helpful. Dr Ainslie was amazing with my daughter and made her feel good about getting braces. Can say enough positive things about our experience.

I had my new patient consultation today, and overall it was a very positive experience. I overlooked the information that the office was located on the 13th floor, which was entirely my mistake. I have anxiety related to being in high-rise buildings, and the staff could not have been more understanding. From the moment I arrived, everyone was friendly, kind, and patient. They took the time to help me feel comfortable and supported, which I greatly appreciated. Their professionalism and compassion made a significant difference in easing my anxiety. The doctor was equally impressive. He was knowledgeable, informative, and took the time to thoroughly discuss my situation. I felt genuinely heard throughout the appointment. Rather than dismissing my concerns, he listened carefully, explained his reasoning, and helped me understand why certain treatment approaches may or may not be appropriate. I left the consultation with a much better understanding of my condition and the factors of my bite. It was reassuring to speak with someone who clearly understood what I have been experiencing. Overall, I am very pleased with the consultation. The visit provided valuable information and gave me a great deal to consider moving forward. We have just started the process of my 12-year-old getting braces. From the way we were greeted, the work culture in the office(s), to the actual installation of braces and follow up (just in the last two visits)….I am stoked! They really take care of their people and are there for you as a client. You can tell from the outside that it’s a great place to work and they all love being there… That makes such a difference! It makes the 18 month relationship more appealing and way less daunting 🤓 😬

I was referred to Dr. Ainslie's office by my dentist. Their staff were very friendly and professional (I even received a handwritten note afterwards which was a nice touch!). Dental work can be stressful, but they answered all my questions. While I haven't decided completely yet on whether I'm ready, I know if I do go forward I'll be in great hands. Thank you!
