Lifetime Dental & Fastbraces

They always take care of me when i’m there. Above all they are always kind and professional. I’ve had my fast braces for almost 2 months now and I already see a noticeable difference. I was suffering from TMJ pain for about a month and couldn’t open my mouth to drink water or yawn nonetheless. Definitely recommend everyone at this location..also have great general dentists as well! Might as well get everything done under one roof to save yourself some time!

Best experience I’ve had in a very long time with a Dental office. Aida was amazing, putting in my crown and ensuring a smooth transition with no pain or discomfort whatsoever, was amazing. I thoroughly enjoyed her patience and attention to detail when it came to putting in and securing my new crown. Thank you very much for all your hard work It was a favorable experience all around!!!

They're after cash, could care less about what you need. I went there for the first time for a regular cleaning and it went as follows: The Visit: - They tried to convince me to get braces multiple times after I repeatedly said no, told them that I'm >30 years old and also most definitely don't need them - They said I needed an advanced level of cleaning that's a level below deep cleaning. When I refused, she said that it would be "NEGLECT" if they didn't perform it and I HAD to get it - Luckily, it was late in the day and they didn't move on to the cleaning - I was charged out of pocket for the check up even though they confirmed insurance would cover a standard cleaning; I never said yes to the additional services that they charged. Both tests were NOT agreed to for my BASIC teeth cleaning. I honestly don't think they even performed them. Below are the two codes that my insurance REFUSED as they rightfully should have for a standard cleaning: --> Caries Test (D0425) --> Case Present (D9450) Next: I had a bad feeling from the experience and opted to go to a different dentist to actually do the cleaning. When I asked Lifetime to send my dental records that my insurance ALREADY paid for, they would not release them without me paying $75 - clearly in violation of CA law. I have moved across the nation several times and never gotten a fee for releasing my x-rays that were already paid for. After numerous exchanges back and forth as well as citing the law, they eventually said "they'll waive it this time" however they would MAIL it to me and I should expect in 30 business days. Besides again breaking the law given records need to be released within 15 days, they maliciously opted to mail it vs. send electronically just to make things difficult for me. ONCE it came in the mail, I didn't get official x-rays, instead blurry screenshots on a single piece of paper (photo attached in the review). I have given them many opportunities to make this right and instead they consistently chose the petty route - hence the review. New Dentist: - They confirmed that I don't need ANY level of advanced cleaning or braces and my teeth are fine. They also don't charge for release of records if they were already paid for.

Aída in the back area has been extremely helpful and professional in assisting with my care and the process. Natalia up front, has been beyond helpful in assisting in keeping me informed and updated in all my appointments amd of anything that is needed of me. The dental team and hygentist are very supportive and knowledgeable. I am definitely thankful for all their help and guidance in taking care of my dental issues and concerns.

I had an emergency, broke a crown. I called and was able to schedule an immediate appointment. Came in, received a temporary crown and all the necessary steps were taken to get my final replacement in less than 2 weeks! Loved all the staff, they were professional and extremely helpful. I’m extremely happy with every aspect of service, staff and my new crown and would highly recommend Lifetime Dental for all Dental matters. Thank you guys!
