Dr. Santos was very nice and extremely helpful. He explained everything with great clarity and knowledge about the work that was being performed. He gave very helpful feedback. Along with his assistant Julie she helped the process feel very comfortable and lightweight. I felt comfortable and at ease. Thank you to the entire team for taking care of me during my procedure.

I was very nervous with possibly not be able to get treatment but after careful and thorough examination I was able to get my way to having the smile I want. From the moment I walked in Christian took care of me and made it super nice and easy. Patty made sure to greet and introduce her self and let me know ithere is anything needed to reach out. And my nurse Erma was very informative and caring. Thank you for all your kindness and patients to this staff!

Christian is one of the most uplifting people I have ever met. He has been there for me as understanding when it comes to Dealing with financial issues and how to make it seem manageable and that he makes it possible for me to continue having western dental be my primary care when it comes to my children. Thank you Christian for be that one and million person that general cares for there patients and also shows he loves his job!

I was hesitant about coming here but, I’m glad I gave them a chance. I needed filling replacements on my first visit and the dental assistant and Dr that helped me were so nice and informative. I had to go back a few weeks later for wisdom tooth removal and the surgeon his and assistant were so great. I was so nervous after hearing so many horror stories about the pain ,but the assistant was so comforting through the process and the Surgeon was so gentle and the process only took around 15 min from beginning to end. My results were great as well ,no pain afterwards. I have already recommended this office to family.

Liars looking for money instead of caring about the patient. I went on December 11th with pain in one tooth and my gum was swelling, and they told me I had Periodontitis and that if I didn't get treatment right away, the infection would spread to my bones and per consequent my teeth would fall out. They offered me treatment, but I didn't have the money, so they helped me to apply for a CareCredit card right there on the spot. Christmas came and I have to go to a different dentist. I did a Tomography, and I have my images with me. I have the proof in my hands because I have the images and the dentist's note declaring I do not have Periodontitis like the dentist @Western Dental told me I had. I went back to talk to them and cancel the service that I haven’t even received and they said they Cannot cancel it. Today February 5th. I am walking out of that place with the treatment they’ are making me pay for a treatment that I don’t even need. PLEASE, if you go to them, don't believe them right away and have a second opinion. Be careful with your decisions because they just want your money instead of a happy and loyal client that they just lost with me.
