Very nice staff. X-rays were fast and easy. Straight to the point. The front office staff were extremely helpful. Doctors were great!

15 minutes after my appointment time they took me in and took xrays. Then to the chair for the service. Dr. Patel came in and spent 2 minutes checking out my teeth. All fine. Then I wait, and wait, and wait. After 1-1/2 hours waiting for the hygienist a front desk person came by and said my hygienist is finishing up but still 1 person before me. I said I can't wait any longer. No apology, no remorse. They knew that they were backed up. Someone called in sick I'm told. Why didn't they tell me when I arrived. They should have been upfront and offer another appointment when I checked in. I felt a little discriminated against to be honest.

Christian is amazing he is the best I will follow him to any office and I advise others to do so too. If it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t be at this dentist. He deserves a raise because of his kindness. When I walk in that dentist his voice just lightens up the whole office !!!

The Staff is super nice and knowledgeable. Specially Maria willing to answer any Question and so Patient and kind. I will go back anytime

Staff members can be pretty rude. Not all of them, of course, the floor manager was very nice but the doctors I spoke with were fairly dismissive and hardly talked to me. One of them even gave me a lot of attitude on my way out. None of my issues were explained very thoroughly and it was just overall not great service/bedside manner. Wait time was also very, very long which I somewhat understand because it was a little busy. Just as a heads up though, it was 50 minutes for me to get brought back and then once I was in the chair they’d leave for 15+ mins at a time without explaining next steps and it’d never be the same person coming back. Glad I didn’t choose to move forward with the procedure.
