Don't waste your time here. Made my appointment for a Saturday. Got there waited an hour and because they couldn't confirm my insurance on a Saturday they asked to reschedule, which is fine but then she told me the next appointment time was 2 months out. Ridiculous

This place is ridiculous, my husband and I were waiting for 2 hours just for them to only do x rays and the reason we were waiting for so long was because the receptionist forgot to check my husband in. The dentist had to go ask the receptionist why she couldn’t see my husband’s name on the check in screen and it was all because of that reason. It’s really ridiculous. They really need to pay attention.

The doctor was great but the staff is horrible. My appointment was cancelled last minute with no prior communication. Then I was put on hold for over an hour. Eventually I hung up and called back, finally got someone to reschedule. Unfortunately it doesn’t end there. I show up to my appointment the Front desk could not find me and I was going to be turned back. After 30 minutes of back and forth I physically wrote down my information for the front desk and they FINALLY found me. Not to mention, the attitude I got during this process. Occasionally, I have run into issues at this clinic but this was by far the worse experience.

Phone service is terrible, taking forever to pick up, always putting me on hold multiple times in one call. Takes multiple calls to even speak to someone. Office people speak like they don't want to be there or just don't care about anything.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! I had an appointment scheduled for Saturday afternoon. They called me the day before at 4:56 pm asking about insurance because they’d wouldn’t be able to run my insurance on Saturday. I sent the insurance card, they didn’t run it because they thought it was my ID. Go to my appointment Saturday and the worker states they have to reschedule me after I am already there. It could’ve been a phone call. You could’ve asked about the insurance card days prior or before 5pm on a Friday. You couldve actually done your job. Wanted to reschedule me for a month and a half out. It took forever to get this appointment. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
