First time coming to this office and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. I had a 7:30 AM appointment and it took almost an hour just to complete X-rays. The nurse assisting me seemed very inexperienced and repeatedly had to leave the room to ask another nurse for help. She struggled to complete the X-rays and had to redo them multiple times, which was uncomfortable and painful. The doctor was also not very friendly and appeared more focused on training the nurse and entering information into the computer than actually speaking with or addressing me as a patient. Additionally, the rooms are all interconnected, with people constantly walking in and out, which made the entire experience feel rushed and offered absolutely no privacy. I was so disappointed that I found myself reading reviews while still sitting in the chair. This was not the level of care or professionalism I expected. I understand that appointments take time, but X-rays should not take over an hour. The appointment also included a cleaning which I was not told would be part of it when I scheduled the appointment and unfortunately had to leave without receiving it because I had to be at work and had no time left to spare. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience, and I would not return to this office again.

New patient. First day. Walked out after waiting 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment. I knew if I committed to this place, this is what I'd be looking at each visit. I only have 1 life. I can't live it in the waiting room. 👊

Had a great visit today at Greenberg Dental met the new dentist, Dr. Telnak, who gave me a very thorough exam. Mohammed, the hygienist, made my teeth, squeaky clean. They worked with me on a payment plan for future crown/fillings. Overall, very professional and friendly staff

I have been very happy with this dentist (Samantha Tetlak)!! She's thoughtful and kind, as it all of the staff. They're great and I think their prices are more fair than others. Don't hesitate!

The front desk girls are amazing! Absolutely professional and kind & always willing to work with availability for appointments.
