I am extremely disappointed. I scheduled a dentist appointment for today at 2:30 p.m. I arrived as a new patient for an emergency visit to have a tooth pulled. When I arrived, the office told me I was not on the schedule. This issue appears repeatedly in their reviews. I regret not reading them before scheduling and taking time off work to come here. This visit wasted my time. No one answered the phone when I called, yet five people were sitting at the front desk. This was a bad experience from start to finish. If you are reading reviews before booking, take this seriously.

My experience at this dental office was incredibly disappointing from start to finish. The front desk staff is one of the most unprofessional teams I’ve ever encountered. They’re rude, dismissive, and make irritated faces at patients as if simply asking a question is a bother. What shocked me most is that they openly talk about other patients in front of everyone discussing people’s personal information, rolling their eyes, and gossiping right at the desk where everyone can hear. It’s a major violation of privacy and shows a complete lack of respect. The environment itself doesn’t help. The office does not feel clean, organized, or hygienic. It gave me zero confidence in the quality of care behind the scenes. Nothing about the experience felt welcoming, safe, or patient-focused. Instead, it felt chaotic, careless, and unprofessional. The energetic is definitely off and I felt uncomfortable the entire time Overall, it’s clear that patient care and confidentiality are not priorities here. I truly would not recommend this office to anyone looking for a respectful, clean, or trustworthy dental experience.

I would like to highlight the outstanding customer service I received from a front desk staff member, **Bree**, on Wednesday, December 3, 2025. I visited the office to obtain paperwork for services, and although I have been struggling to resolve an ongoing issue, my interaction with Bree was truly a bright spot in the process. Bree greeted me with a warm smile and immediately asked how she could assist. After I explained the paperwork I needed, she promptly printed the documents and asked a thoughtful, specific question to better understand the purpose behind my request. When I asked an additional question, Bree quickly began entering notes into my case to ensure other associates would be aware of my situation. She also provided extra information that was extremely helpful. Since the post-pandemic shift in customer service, it has often felt like genuine, attentive service is harder to find. Bree is a reminder that there are still employees who take pride in delivering excellent customer care. **Great job, Bree!** These 5-Stars are for you! Your professionalism and kindness made a meaningful difference.

I don't even like to post negative but this place did it for the last time! I don't even want to give a star but of course you have to to make a post. This place is definitely unprofessional the front staff NEEDS TO BE REEVALUATED on their job duties they act nonchalant especially the one girl at the front I wish I would of got her name cause she DONT CARE LAZY WORKER! and how to speak to someone correctly. They are young minded. I came in with an emergency because I was told we can do walk ins. My 7 year old has cavity issues along with a heart issue and still they say no they are closed for walk ins and not taking nobody!! So disappointing because I called out and called ahead of time so if closed for emergency walk ins WHY NOT PUT THAT ON THE PHONE AS U CALL IN TO CHECK FOR LAST MINUTE WALK INS. I dont have a car im on bus or walking. This place sucks and I won't be going back!! This place needs to be redone completely in and out!!

Vaydem was AMAZING he was very PROFESSIONAL and made me feel very COMFORTABLE… He took his time and did not rush while he was doing my cleaning.. he will definitely only want him to do my cleaning again.. Thank You Vaydem YOU ROCK !!!!!!
