I have had such a great experience with Dr. Cannon at Greenberg Dental. The staff is very professional, the hygienists are great, and Dr. Cannon does a thorough job and explains everything so well. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Pleasant front desk environment, quick and competent service. The staff was excellent. The X-ray technician, Dr. D. Six and the hygienist were friendly and engaging. I was satisfied with my first visit. My evaluation, X-rays, and general cleaning completed in about 90 minutes. That’s excellent service!

I arrived at my appointment scheduled for 7:30 at 7:20 a.m. I sat waiting for my appointment until 7:50 a.m. at that time I went to the front desk and told them I would wait 10 more minutes until 8:00 a.m. for my appointment to start. I told them that I would be leaving at 8:00 a.m. if my appointment had not started. I waited until 8:10 a.m. and my appointment still had not started, it was then 40 minutes late. This was an appointment that was supposed to start at 7:30, very early in the morning. I'm extremely disappointed with Greenberg Dental and I request an apology and to be contacted explaining why they did not treat me respectfully. When I went back up at 8:10 a.m. until the front office person I was leaving she asked me when she could reschedule my appointment. That was not the appropriate question to ask at that time because I was very upset even though I did not outwardly show it. My name is William Conley. I did ask them to have the doctor call and apologize to me for being so disrespectful and not keeping proper time schedule so that I could be seen. Let's see if they do that.
