I had a horrible experience. My appointment was at 7:30. I was seen about 10 minutes later for X-rays. After X-rays the lady left the room and told me the doctor would be right in. 30 minutes later I went to the front desk to tell them I think they forgot I was waiting for the doctor. They said doctor was busy . Hmmmm I was the 1st appt of the day. The doctor finally came in reviewed me and recommended a deep cleaning. Next thing I know the prerodonist Is examining me telling me I need lazer treatment, deep cleaning all over and stepped out of the room to estimate my cost. I waited and waited, finally another lady came in with a price work up. I told her I was just here for a cleaning. I left at 10. 7:30-10 and no cleaning. CRAZY

I have never had an issue with this office until today. I have always thought the staff was great, for the most part. I have also always scheduled same day appointments for my child and I as can be seen in my history. I scheduled both of our appointments for today with whoever answered the phone when I called MONTHS ago as they were booked out this far. I always schedule same day to not miss extra days or work and her of school as we drive over an hour each way to and from here. Show up today for our appointments just to be told they can’t see her and she isn’t on the schedule and is scheduled a completely different day then what was discussed on the phone. I am currently expecting a baby next month and am having to take a day off each week for that already as expressed to the person I scheduled with and the office staff who did not care. Told them I needed her scheduled a day I already have off for one of my prenatal appointments then since this got messed up and was told I couldn’t get her on the schedule till next year then. They refused to let me speak to an office manager or have one contact me when they got in. Do not recommend.

Dr. Christine Demeter is absolutely amazing. The best dentist that I have ever been to. She is very thorough and gentle. You can tell that she truly cares about her patients. The hygienest I saw also does a great job.

I try to reschedule my appointment but a lady put me on hold for several minutes ten I reach them out again and the same thing I called for the last call I have been waiting for 45 minutes and they asked me to wait with this annoying song is very easy to made an appointment but for rescheduling or cancel is no good at all even I called I I said please don’t put me on hold because I was waiting for so long can I call you guys back and the lady said yes call us back with no customer services manners!

Waited well over an hour with a 2 and 3 year old in the front waiting room to be brought back to a room within a room with another family. That family had been waiting for a while before we showed up and still had not seen the dentist. “Sorry, we are short staffed.” We ended up leaving without any services rendered extremely frustrated. We would have been there easily another hour or two. Do not waste your time.
