Dr. Christine Demeter is absolutely amazing. The best dentist that I have ever been to. She is very thorough and gentle. You can tell that she truly cares about her patients. The hygienest I saw also does a great job.

Waited well over an hour with a 2 and 3 year old in the front waiting room to be brought back to a room within a room with another family. That family had been waiting for a while before we showed up and still had not seen the dentist. “Sorry, we are short staffed.” We ended up leaving without any services rendered extremely frustrated. We would have been there easily another hour or two. Do not waste your time.

I have never had an issue with this office until today. I have always thought the staff was great, for the most part. I have also always scheduled same day appointments for my child and I as can be seen in my history. I scheduled both of our appointments for today with whoever answered the phone when I called MONTHS ago as they were booked out this far. I always schedule same day to not miss extra days or work and her of school as we drive over an hour each way to and from here. Show up today for our appointments just to be told they can’t see her and she isn’t on the schedule and is scheduled a completely different day then what was discussed on the phone. I am currently expecting a baby next month and am having to take a day off each week for that already as expressed to the person I scheduled with and the office staff who did not care. Told them I needed her scheduled a day I already have off for one of my prenatal appointments then since this got messed up and was told I couldn’t get her on the schedule till next year then. They refused to let me speak to an office manager or have one contact me when they got in. Do not recommend.

Have used them since my kids were able to go to a dentist they were great in the beginning but over the years have gotten really bad about pushing your appointments back months and months over and over again. And your appointment isn’t as important as the next persons so you just have to deal with it. I’m leaving them and going to somewhere else where we are valued as family. Then when you say something the people at front desk are jerks and very rude

I want to grab your attention, if are you planning going Greenberg Dental and orthodontics , there time management really bad . You might wait for 2-3 hours or more. Please find better places who respect your time.
