Everyone there was so amazing, helpful and most importantly respectful. The Dentist was amazing as he explained everything about what he was doing. Made me feel comfortable especially since I haven’t had go experiences.

Waited over an hour, they didn't seem to respect their patient's time even though a routine cleaning appointment.

We needed a last minute appointment for fillings and a second opinion after another dentist tried to scam us. This office was amazing! They got us in and did 2 surface fillings in the same day. They didn't try to upsell us or charge us extra when they're not supposed to with our dental plan. The front office staff was amazing at getting us in and the doctor and dental assistant were very kind and efficient.

I’ve been coming to this office since I was 7 years old, and I’ll be turning 21 at the end of this year. So, I’ve literally grown up here and I know what to expect — or at least I used to. Back then, I always saw the same staff, the same hygienists, and I knew I would get a consistent experience. But in the past 2–3 years, it’s been the complete opposite. Every time I come in, it feels like I have a different person working on me. It seems like they can’t keep hygienists or orthodontic staff, and it makes the whole place feel unorganized. The staff are friendly, but the wait times are out of control. I’m talking about waiting 1 to 1.5 hours just to get called back, then sitting another 15–20 minutes in the chair before anyone starts. And when they finally do, the cleaning feels rushed — maybe 5–10 minutes total. For something I only get every six months, I expect a thorough cleaning, not just a quick run with a water tool and polish. Honestly, it feels like something I could’ve done myself at home with an electric toothbrush. Today I paid $149 out of pocket for a cleaning, and I left feeling like I wasted my money. I could’ve ordered the same tools on Amazon and gotten the same results. As someone who’s been loyal to this office for nearly 15 years, it’s disappointing to see how much things have declined. If you have the option to go to a private practice, I’d recommend doing that instead. This office really needs to do better — for the sake of patients who actually care about their oral health and

Had an appt today for infected tooth. Got xrays found out there are 2 teeth that need to come out. I was told oral surgeon Dr. Lee is no longer there. I was told the other doctor could do but they want to do a deep clean and extraction same day. ouch.... Told her I am not doing a deep cleaning as they just want money and the tooth is infected not dealing with paid from deep cleaning too. So I was told the doctor wouldnt extract the teeth if I didnt do the deep cleaning. So off to find another dentist. I was also told by insurance company that they covered alot of services this dentist were charging the patience for. Was told by them that was the doctor decision. The doctor wouldnt even come in the room to look at my teeth or talk to me. They sent the nurse in to deliver the news. The 2 nurses were very sweet but have no reapect for the doctor when they wont even take the time to come talk to you. I took off work for this appt and you cant even show a little respect to your patient.
